Constraction reviews in Milford, Ohio

A local paint store recommended Swanson's Painting, along with a couple of others, when I asked for suggestions for a large project involving painting the walls, ceilings, and trim in our upstairs hallway, stairwell, family room, living room, dining room, and kitchen. We chose Jacob after a few estimates because of his clear experience, choice of quality paint, and the process he takes to complete the job.

Jacob proved himself to be an experienced, talented, and meticulous painter with a solid work ethic. We had a number of areas requiring patching and sanding. Jacob patiently and carefully prepared the walls. He took care with our carpet and furniture. He was transparent with his plan and kept on a precise schedule, even finishing at the early side of estimated timeline. Jacob's work is fantastic. We could not be more happy with the finished job.

Without hesitation, we will call Jacob again when we need some more painting completed in our home.

Thanks very much to you and your crew for the great work you all did in prepping and staining those portions of exterior wood on our house. It was a pleasure dealing with such professional and friendly folks. We are thrilled with the entire experience and the terrific outcome. We’ll definitely look you all up for other future painting needs – both inside and out. We’ll also refer our friends to you.

We hired Swanson’s Painting based on a recommendation, and are very happy that we did. They did a fantastic job painting our entire home, and were always accommodating with our requests on where to paint when. Jacob and his crew were on time every day, and each day left their work spaces and/or paint/tools organized and out of our way. They paid attention to every detail, including making sure all electrical plates were returned to their correct spot, and even getting every last bit of tape cleaned up! Everyone followed face covering protocols for us, which was very important. We will definitely hire them again for our garage project, and highly recommend their services!

Jacob and his employees were so impressive in many ways. They were prompt, prepared walls by sanding and repairing popped up nails, removed large mirrors, caulked, covered carpet, taped woodwork, moved and protected furniture. Their painting was quality workmanship and professional in every way.
I was not looking forward to having our main floor painted, but it could not have been a better experience .
I highly recommend Swanson's Painting, LLC.

We have used Swanson's Painting twice, once for drywall repair and painting, and a second larger job, repainting the interior of our living space. Jacob and his crew worked diligently to complete the work and did a wonderful job. They arrived on time and cleaned up every day before they left. They were polite and created minimal disruption. The paint job looks great - better than new! We highly recommend Swanson's Painting.

I contacted Jacob to inquire about his interest in helping me restore my soffit perimeter and associated moldings and fascia structures. He came out and walked our home with me. He offered sound ideas about the best approach and repair plans. We agreed on a plan and scheduled the time to complete the work. It took a single day with 2 people on the job. All was completed on time and well executed. I found a few areas that needed to be revisited. Jacob was understanding and came back within a few days to reinspect the work. He took the time to recaulk a few areas to insure that the attic and roof would be secured from insects and unwanted varments. If you are looking for a good source for repair and painting on exterior trouble areas, I would highly recommend that you contact Jacob Swanson and obtain a quote. He will do a great job.

One of the most professional group I’ve ever seen! The quality of their work was outstanding and exceeded our expectations. We feel so fortunate to have found These painters. They were recommended by a friend! I would highly recommend them.!

I would highly recommend Swanson's painting. We had them paint our kitchen, which has a lot of nooks and crannies, crown molding on cabinets that butt up against the wall, lots of tight spots, and not very much wide open wall space... in a word, a difficult job at best. Bowman showed up precisely at 8:00AM as promised, did an absolutely masterful job painting two coats in our kitchen, and left our home as clean and spotless as it was when he arrived. He was very polite, cordial and professional, and answered all of my questions along the way. I cannot speak any more highly of our experience. I would give them 10 stars if I could. We will DEFINITELY use Swanson's for our painting needs in the future!
