Gary and his team were kind and honest. They took their time to look at all options before giving me an estimate. They were timely and professional and they even noticed my back gate latch was broken and just fixed it for no extra cost or worry. Gary is really kind and stand behind his work. I will recommend to all my friends that need roofing help!

This is my 2nd time to come on here and update my review. Gary and his team came to my house a few weeks ago to fix a part of my roof that was collecting water when it rained. Fixed the problem and went on their way. Right after they left i noticed a leak by my back gutter, they came back out fixed the problem, and wouldn't let me pay another service charge. They're always so nice, prompt and kind. and i highly recommend.

We couldn't have had a better experience with Lord's. They were thorough in assessing our damage, evaluating/presenting options, making recommendations, and coordinating with our insurance agency. This is the 2nd new roof that I've put on a home and Lord's demonstrated a measurable difference in quality/service. Gary is an exceptional person to work with and I would recommend them with confidence to anyone that needs a new roof in the future. Hopefully we don't need your services for a long time, but I will happily be calling you if the need does arise.

Gary is a professional and extremely knowledgeable of the business and he is easy to work with which provided us a stress free experience from beginning to completion of the job. Gary and his crew stayed on schedule for the removal/clean-up of our old roof and the installment of our new roof. The quality of the Lords team’s work was outstanding; our old roof was not up to current code our new roof is to code. I asked Gary’s opinion regarding the color of the new roof and so grateful I took his advice the roof looks fantastic, thank you Gary! Gary was great to work with. He was very professional, honest and sincere while we were getting quotes for a roof sell our home. Even though we didn't get the roof done he was willing to write us an inspect report of the roofs condition. We love that he would donate part of proceeds to the church or your choosing. Gary and Lord's Roofing team are fantastic. We wanted to see shingle samples to make sure we were getting the right color and Gary got a bunch for us to look at. We chose a shingle that was not in stock here but Gary did some research and got it shipped to us. The roof was replaced by great, hardworking crew with Gary onsite and on the roof too making sure flashing around our skylights etc were done right. He sent me regular photos of their progress from up on the roof, which was a nice touch. Cleanup was swift and thorough. We had to wait a few days for the gutters to come in but it was worth it and Gary always kept me posted. Gary and his gutter guy went out of their way to make sure we could keep our vintage downspouts and connect them to the new bigger, seamless gutters which also have excellent leaf guards. Great communication, great materials, great work/install, and great price too. Overall, we wholeheartedly recommend Lord's Roofing. Oh, and his 10% tithe to charity of your choice is just the icing on the cake!

Sought them out for a quote on repairs for a home I was purchasing based on stellar google reviews, I chose Lord’s. Purchased the home and several months later can’t get seem to get them to come out (for whatever reason) and fix what was estimated. I went with another company, they came out today, and I am receiving superior customer service.

This is a company that does what they say they are going to do. They came to my house and gave me a very fair quote. They showed up on time and did exactly what they said they would do, plus more! I can't say enough good things about the work Gary and his team did. I would highly recommend them!

Super quick response. Excellent communication. Honest and showed us what needed touched-up and NOT that my roof needed replaced like a "home inspector" said.... "Home inspector" made us lose a buyer for our home!! Zero storm or hail damage. Confirmed roof was good by another reputable roofing company who specializes in roof damage who used a drone to take pics of every area that might have been a concern.

Back to Lord's Roofing... Fair price, new vent boots and electrical drop boots put on, sealed a couple nail size holes and a couple small (non-concerning) things.

They'll be my first call for any future roofing needs and I'll be recommending them to all who ask.

I actually didn't read the reviews on Google, (I was referred by a friend), until I went to write this review and I agree with all of them. I'm old school and this is what service was meant to be. Excellent work and they completed the job in one day. Gary also went out of his way to repair a screen that was damaged by an errant shingle falling. When you add in the excellent clean up and the fact that 10% of proceeds will go to our favorite charity we couldn't be happier! PS - this is the first Google review that I have ever written but I was so impressed with the service that I felt that it was important to let prospective customers know about the great work they do.

Lords roofing is great. They’ve helped me with gutters, attic ventilation, roof leaks, and downspouts over the years and at different homes. I’ve always had a great experience. Well priced and friendly. Highly recommend!

We highly recommend Swanson’s Painting. Jacob and his team are absolutely awesome! They did a fantastic job paying attention to detail, being on time and being very kind and respectful. Their pricing was very reasonable and they even helped fix a few small items that weren’t in the contract for no cost. They are extremely pleasant to work with.
