We had our first phase of solar panels installed a few years ago by a different company, and the experience left a lot to be desired—everything was subcontracted out to people who clearly didn’t care, and it showed.

Icon Solar was a breath of fresh air for our phase two install, which included additional panels and a battery. Josh was incredibly responsive on the sales side, and the entire installation team is employed directly by Icon Solar—not subcontractors.

The crew was always prompt, professional, and respectful. Their pricing was also very competitive. I’m extremely happy I chose to work with Icon Solar this time around.

I definitely recommend Icon Solar. From start to finish, everything went very smoothly. Everyone was easy to work with, very helpful. Communication was excellent. The installers came on the scheduled date – even though it was in the 20s and snowing! It’s exciting to open the app and see the electricity produced by the panels – especially on a sunny day!

Icon rocks. Great pricing. Does what it says and on time. Installed solar on my businesses for the 30% tax credit. I watch daily the amount of electricity generated on my roof. If I told you pay your electricity bill for the next 7 years up front and the following 25 years will be free including all the price increases, would you do it? You should. Icon is a great company with great people and excellent customer service! I've worked with them since 2015, when they installed my first set of panels on Christmas Eve to ensure that I was able to maximize the tax credit before the end of the year. I added to my system in 2020 and 2025, both times received a great price (comparison shopped each time) and fantastic service.

While the system has primarily been maintenance free, they have come out a few times to replace parts that were covered under warranty and got the system up and going at no cost to me. Recently they replaced my Tesla Powerwalls after a recall by the company. They worked several hours with Tesla to troubleshoot the transition to the newer version!

Everyone on their team is polite and helpful! I specifically would like to shout out to Jaye and Matt, who I've worked with for years and have gone the extra mile to resolve any issue that has come up over the last 10 plus years. Thank you!!

We loved working with Josh Edwards through Icon Solar to get our solar panels installed a few months ago! He was very helpful in explaining the whole process and has been super attentive every step of the way and has been wonderful with checking back in occasionally to make sure everything is still going smoothly. Josh is honest and very knowledgeable. He has worked on multiple houses of mine. One being a panel upgrade and another was troubleshooting and repairing all the lights not working on 1 floor. Look no further If you want someone you can trust will get the job done efficiently, right the first time and would not hesitate to send to your grandmother's house.

I called Josh on Thursday morning and told him I was having a problem with a bathroom switch and he immediately gave me a price of what it would be to come out and take a look at it and even offered me to get another quote if I thought his was too high - I accepted his price and he then gave me an ETA and he came right out on the same day! He did tell me that it was unusual that he could be there so quickly and I was just so grateful that he could come. The service was unbelievable! He explained what he was doing and how it worked and it was fixed in no time. He was extremely personable, prompt, efficient, courteous, extremely reasonable price and cleaned up everything perfectly before he left - I highly recommend Holland electrical services and will definitely use again!

***On Superbowl Sunday, I had an emergency situation where needed an electrician to come out. I am about to start remodeling my home and when removing some old cabinets I found a wire that had frayed during the process. Shortly after I could smell something burning and I, of course, was alarmed. I shut off all of the electric and contacted Holland electric. Even though it was Sunday and he was with his family, he came to my house immediately to remove the danger. He disconnected the hot wire and capped it off, checked the surrounding area for any other possible danger, and finished the repair. This really put my mind at ease. I was so close to calling the fire department and he real fears that there was going to be a fire if it was not addressed. Holland electric solved everything. That is the kind of electrician you will get when you call Holland, he puts the customer first and gets the job done right. I highly recommend making Holland Electrical Services, your electrician of choice.

Josh is very honest, knowledgeable and down to earth. I would HIGHLY recommend him! I have an older house and needed help with the outside lights that I tried changing/updating but they wouldn’t work. He was able to figure out the problem, knowing exactly where to look to get them to work. He has almost 25 years experience on top of trade school training, and he continues to keep his knowledge up to date.

We are repeat customers because of his last service was outstanding. He did not disappoint. He was timely, changed out the light fixture. He made sure everything else was working well. Pleasant to work with and does great work.
