We have used Bill and crew for a basement remodel, bathroom remodel, and chimney work (on seperate occasions). As others have said, he is reliable, professional, does great work, and was always health/safety conscious. We recommend him to family all the time, which shows our full trust in him. His eye for detail is wonderful and thinks of things that are important, but we would have never known to pay attention to.

Bill and the RCS team truly go above and beyond for their customers. We hired Bill to fix our leaking fridge and he worked tirelessly to solve the complex issue. He is a dependable and honest communicator, as well as an efficient and contientous professional. RCS is our go-to service for home improvement projects.

It's always pleasantly surprising to find a company that's kind, trustworthy, and affordable. We recently had RCS come help with some chimney/fireplace cleaning and repairs and they did a fantastic job. We look forward to continuing working with them in the future.

From the initial call to schedule the appointment, to the service yesterday. Doug & Cody showed up very prompt at the scheduled time (few minutes early actually) & were extremely personable. You know me I love to talk.😉

Our fireplace has been cleaned before but never has it looked so good. No one has ever taken the time to explain about “fire shelves & smoke billowing” etc. they also inspected the crown on the top of the chimney & took photos which we received. They are coming back in a week or so and tune-up our gas fireplace downstairs. Who knew those needed service & cleaning too?🤷‍♀️ AND they are going to clean my dryer vents.

By looking at their page I’m not sure what they don’t do!

We had an inspection done on our fireplace in our home we just moved in. Our fireplace was in desperate need of a cleaning and was also in need of a stainless steel liner to bring our wood stove up to code. They were able to come back out very quickly to install the liner and get our fireplace ready to use and be safe for our family. I would recommend Rachel's cleaning service to anyone in need of any fireplace work. I felt like they honestly cared about the safety of my family and my husband and I are very appreciative that they were able to get the work complete before winter.

This was our second chimney cleaning with Rachel's Cleaning Services, and we also had a small repair done. Bill scheduled us in very quickly, arrived promptly, completed the work, along with figuring out that our fireplace doors simply needed a couple of screws rather than new doors. Everything was left clean as a whistle. My experience with this company has been great. Prices are reasonable, and they never try to sell me on unnecessary work. So glad I found them!

Coming after the crew is finished is like walking into a 5 star hotel room. The house is fresh and clean.

RCS replaced our roof and then remodeled our kitchen and also installed some doors. We love these guys and will hopefully be asking them to do more. They are professional and very easy to work with and will go the extra mile to do the right thing for you!

First time homeowner here with a fireplace. These guys are great. Family run business with the reviews being true to their work. I had them come out and inspect/clean my chimney. I had Bill the owner come over and give me estimate on replacing my tub with a walk-in shower. He got back with me. The very next day reasonable pricing showed up when he said he was very conscientious about keeping everything clean. He said four days that’s what it took.all top quality material. I couldn’t be more pleased a lot of work in replacing a bathroom, but they got the job completed. All the Men was courteous and made sure I was happy to every little detail. Dave & Trey have provided us with excellent plans for our landscaping, front and back, In the fall, their crew cleaned out the front and planted according to plan. The back was prepared for this spring. Excellent service. And they answer all our questions

Literally one of the worst companies to hire, constantly replacing plants, dirtying up the concrete, damaging the yards in multiple locations. The owners of the company must have no real knowledge of landscaping or nature.

Dave provided great customer service and follow through. Unfortunately they were unable to assist me at this time due to work load. However, due to responsiveness and customer service, I will follow up later this year to inquire about possible availability for next spring.

We just completed a major landscaping project with LTD. From the design support to the demo and planting, everything was great. Highly professional and a great value.

Not a customer. One of their drivers (truck and trailer) used my driveway to make a u-turn and destroyed some of my landscaping in the process. Very disrespectful as he yelled at me "I had to turn around". LTD teach your workers to respect people's property. He could have driven down the street to a public area to turn around instead of using my yard to take a short-cut.

LTD's entire team did a great job from Dave coming out and listening to our needs and coming up with a great plan, to the crew who did excellent work, to Kim in the office who helped us coordinate everything.
