Home Town Clean was amazing. I used them to clean my rental property in between tenants. James took plenty of pictures and made some recommendations, reviewed the property for damages, and even made some repairs for me! Very convenient and easy to work with and they did a great job. I’ll continue to use them for odd jobs and big or small cleans moving forward.

I recently hired Hometowne Clean for a move-out cleaning, and I couldn’t be more impressed. James, the owner, was professional, communicative, and made the booking process a breeze. Karissa, the cleaner, was thorough and efficient, leaving every corner of the place spotless. The attention to detail was exceptional, and the apartment looked amazing when I returned. This is one company you definitely want to hire when you need a deep clean. They are good! No doubt about it!/ This is a new review after going back to them a second time. I've used them twice the first time they were excellent. This time they were not. We paid for a deep clean and they never moved No furniture or anything like that, didn't get all cobwebs in the corner. I asked them to use a carpet freshener that I bought when vacuuming and they never used it. They did a good job. Just basically cleaning a deep clean was not performed. If you're just wanting a cleaning they are good. Deep clean. They are not bottom line.

Extremely happy with the service I've received. Both Kirsten and James (the owner) went WAY over and above the first time they were here. Originally chose them because of their dashboard which made booking the appointments very easy. They send reminders of when they're coming out a couple days before hand, which is very convenient. They also let me know when they're a few minutes away which gives me time to lock my dog up. Overall, an extremely pleasant experience!!

James and his team are incredibly professional, easy to work with, and provided excellent responsive service. Many other cleaning services charge for every little thing…. They provide comprehensive estimate , and were very attentive to hitting the mark and leaving the house looking amazing. They should be your first and last choice in cleaning services. Excellent quality, and good value.

James is amazing! I called on a Friday asking for an urgent cleaning, and he came through the next day to have my home cleaned. His team made sure that everything was cleaned the way we wanted, and was very great with communication, providing before and after pictures each step of the way.

We had Maria at our house today and I am so pleased with the work she did. She did so much more than I anticipated for a standard clean-she went way above and beyond. Maria was also very friendly and professional and we felt comfortable having her in our home. This was a great value for what we paid and we will look forward to having her come on a regular basis now!

Easy to book online, communication was amazing asking on which areas are important to me. Shelby did amazing cleaning. It smells so good and is very clean. Invoicing was easy as well. From start to finish very little work on my end. So happy I outsourced this during the busy holiday season. Would 100% recommend!!
