They came and did a MOVE IN Clean for us after we bought our new home. We were driving into town and all we had to do was focus on unloading the truck into a freshly cleaned home.

My experience was great with super maids! Communication was good and team members were prompt. Also at the end of the cleaning Tera did a walk through to make sure everything was up to par and did touch ups when needed. Very reasonably priced for an entire deep clean! Will be using again

We used supermaids for our move in cleaning and they did an amazing job. They wiped down walls inside closets, no space was left untouched. We will be using them for our move out cleaning here in the next week or so and plan to use them for regular cleanings!

*Updated review: Unfortunately, after recommending Tera and team to other family members (2 separate households) we will all no longer be using their services. I was deeply disappointed to hear that Tera was harsh and demanding in her communications with my family. After referring her to them, I feel responsible. She then increased the charges for this household even though the work did not increase, the cleaners were always only there for 2 hours (they wanted to move from bi-weekly to monthly) and did not explain this BEFORE increasing the charge, to ~600!. At the other household I referred them to, they did a less than thorough job and were defensive when asked to correct ($350+ was paid for that cleaning) Considering that I had referred her and we made up 3 households to her business, I am shocked that the family was treated poorly.

Tera & crew were highly recommended and now I totally understand why! Great, responsive communication and fabulous service! Helped me get my house ready to sell and it’s looking better than ever. They had a team of 3 for the deep clean so they were able to tackle all 3 floors of the house efficiently, which was much appreciated as I only reached out to her a week prior and the house goes up next week. Exactly what I needed!! Thank you!

I absolutely loved the quick & efficient work Tera & her staff did for my small condo. I needed a cleaner in a short timeframe and within 48 hours she had the job completed! They cleaned the entire unit and were very reasonably priced for a full clean! Will be using this team again.

We had Super Maids do a move in clean for us and they did a fantastic job! The kitchen and bathrooms were spotless when done! Every windowsill and small area was wiped down. Tera was great to work with, communicating frequently. Very courteous and professional. Will use again!

Easy to schedule with and they did an awesome job cleaning my house! I really appreciated the checklist of everything they did, although I didn’t need it because my home was spotless.

Tera and her team were easy to reach, schedule, and communicate with. They were able to accommodate my schedule and were very friendly and helpful. She asked questions ahead of my service to make sure that my goals were met. Very nice to work with.

I was a little hesitant at first since this was my first time hiring someone to clean for me. I’m very particular about how I like things done, but these women were incredible!

Before they started, I explained a few house rules (I have two cats who are sensitive to noise and will pee if a door is left open). They were extremely respectful and cautious. I also shared my priorities—dusting and vacuuming—since my partner is allergic to cats. They paid close attention to that, and I loved how detailed they were, even dusting the baseboards.

We’re currently remodeling, so I asked them to skip certain areas and clean the cat tree instead—they happily adjusted. I really appreciated their flexibility!

I booked the deep cleaning service (3 hours). The owner explained that if the cleaners didn’t finish the full checklist, extra time would be an additional charge. I completely understood and was still very pleased with how much they accomplished within three hours, especially given our 1,700 sq ft home.

With both my partner and I working long hours, cleaning after two cats on top of cooking, dishes, and remodeling can be overwhelming. This service makes it possible for us to keep our home clean while focusing on upgrades.
