The Cleaning Authority has come to my house every four weeks for several years now, and each team they send is fantastic. Autumn & Rylinn did a wonderful job in the most recent visit, and on top of that they were very sweet & kind to my newly adopted senior cat who's not quite ready to come when called and can't yet be enticed by treats. She hung out with them a lot of the time, and they very patiently worked around her!

Mkay and Hanna did a wonderful job and left my home so clean it was shinning.

Three people arrived and cleaned my one bedroom/one bath in less than an hour. Deep clean of bathroom, kitchen. Dusting, vacuuming and mopping of all areas. Made bed, disposed of trash, and got build up in sliding door track.

We love Sarah and Christina. We have had them from the beginning of using Cleaning Authority. They are hard workers, polite and very respectful of our home. We look forward to their visits and are very comfortable with them in our home and taking good care of it. I’m embarrassed to say and I don’t mean any disrespect but we are disappointed when a different crew shows up.

Without my asking, one of them reattached an under cabinet light I no longer am able to bend over to fix. That was much appreciated.

The Cleaning Authority has taken care of my home for the last 7+ years and have done an amazing job. For the last 4-5 years I’ve had the same clean team, Sarah & Christina, who have been amazing and are detail oriented and compassionate towards my kids and my old black lab Kingston. He truly was a Velcro dog and stayed close to them while they were here and when he passed recently they were devastated and spent time near his ashes urn and groves along with me. They truly care about the service they provide and i can’t say enough about how much I appreciate this team and truly give thanks for people who care about what’s they do and who they do it for. Don’t stop being your amazing selves, Sarah & Christina. You are treasured!

Since I’ve been using The Cleaning Authority, I’ve had a few different crews clean my home. By far, my favorite team is Sarah and Christina. They have worked together for a while so they are very efficient. Very friendly and respectful since I work from home and sometimes have meetings while they are here. They also go above and beyond and always do special things for my 9-year-old daughter with her stuffies. She loves it and always notices. I just hope they can continue to be my cleaning team every time!
