Team 12 is wonderful! They’re very detailed and it feels amazing coming home at the end of the day. I can’t help but smile when I see my tissue and toilet paper folded into flowers and bows. They take such great care of my home and I would highly recommend!

I was told I was getting "the best crew". I hired them to clean bathrooms and the kitchen for a new home move and there were food items, grease, sticky substances all in the cabinets so they clearly did not clean up. I did a brief walkthrough but they said they still had cleaning to do so I didn't look through every cabinet thinking they would let me know when they finished. I went back to unpacking boxes and came back up a short while later to an empty house and an unclean kitchen as I started to unpack my kitchen boxes. I notified the company but because "I did a walkthrough and didn't say anything", there was nothing they would do about it. Do not use this company!

This was our first cleaning by The Cleaning Authority. The team was thorough and paid attention to details. I am delighted!

Family of 5 and crazy busy. Cleaning Authority shows up on time and gets to work without any questions. They clean in about 1.5 hours (2 people on team) and leave without interruption. House is clean, tidy & looks good.

Noticed a tad degradation of the thoroughness of their cleaning. Not sure they pay their cleaners adequately.

I have them come every other week & they rotate deep cleaning of areas.

The ladies did pretty good. I did find some things that they missed, but we do have lots of spider webs hiding in the corners.

The Cleaning Authority in Milford has done a great job again. We noticed that Mkay and Moe worked beyond the defined cleaning by dusting items outside of the scope of work. We always appreciate the quality of their work. Thanks again.

My 93-year-old dad has dementia and still is able to live in his him. Thank you for your patience and flexibility with him and for cleaning his living areas. It’s so nice to visit him in a clean house.

Katie and Ashley did a really good job cleaning the house. I asked them to make the bed in our spare bedroom, which does not get used much, and they went ahead and did it for me. Cleaning Authority always does a great job!
