I can't give AC and their plumbing crew high enough praises. They were so co-operative. We had a sewer pipe blockage that backed up and caused an overflow in our bathrooms and kitchen drains. This all happened the day before Christmas. Knowing what a critical situation we were in, AC sent some one out that same day. I couldn't be more grateful to them.I would definitely recommend them to anybody that needs plumbing, heating or air conditioning work.i would have given them 20 stars if I could have.

Called was told service call 75 plus parts when he arrived after telling me the circuit board needed replaced I was informed that to come up w the part number would take time and panels would need to be removed and it was 75 for 1st hour and 45 there after per hour no estimate could be given called licensed repair out the problem was only a bird stuck in motor it was removed and problem fixed the response from this business :

First off, you never asked for any license when i showed up. We would have been more then willing to provide them. You asked for the service call price and were provided with that information before we showed up. 3rd of all an Oregon phone number had nothing to do with anything. My family is from this town and we are all very well known here. As I stated to you my family has been around in this town since it was founded. I'm sorry that you may be lost because your not from this area. Many people have this number, so I chose not to change it. I spoke with Google business and have notified them that your comment is inaccurate and inappropriate and it has been removed. I also notified my lawyer this morning through a phone call of your defamation of character attempt. I'm sorry that you had a bad technician through a another business, who wired up your HVAC system inappropriately. All we attempted to do is give you the facts about your issue you called us there too diagnose. We asked your opinion on what you would like us to repair. You chose to have another company come in because of the fact somebody was going to pay for the service call for you. You never let us continue with the diagnosis there for could not attend to your problem appropriately. Thankyou

Richard Heating and Cooling, This was a job well done! I called this company on a Friday & had a new furnace on a Monday, you guys did a fantastic job! I highly recommend this company.

Would give them more stars if possible. Was very easy to deal with, reasonable price. Not there fault at all, but was problem ran into and I was squeezed backed in same day. Highly recommended, for any heating and cooling needs.

Thank you Richards Heating and Cooling for working tirelessly replacing my 40 year old furnace and dealing with issues not related to the furnace due to old plumbing with no shutoff valves. You guys put in a very long day. My house is warmer and safer thanks to you!

Seth came out and did some work on my moms hot water tank in very cold weather, very professional and great quality of work. Will definitely keep them in mind if we need more work done.

American Legion Post 375 has Seth come in and check our beer coolers, ice machine and refrigerators routinely. He always leaves a detailed note of what he has done and what if any thing will be needed done. (Our beer coolers fan was making a noise so he came and checked out, and of course was going bad, so he ordered and replaced before it did). Always comes when he says he will and answers his phone any time we call.

Seth and his crew are top notch! Handled a gas issue I had in my trailer ! It was a propane system as well and propane is a very hard to diagnose gas, but not for him! I recommend calling him if you are in the area ! Ryan.

Seth and his crew were very professional and came quickly and installed a new furnace. It has been running great. Very nice company to work with.

I tried calling on a Friday night at 10 p.m. and had a call back within 10 minutes. I have an 11 month old daughter and I was worried about her being in the extreme heat. They were able to squeeze me in before noon on a Saturday which was beyond appreciated. The owner Seth came out himself and had our AC back up and running within 30 minutes. I would highly recommend calling them for any HVAC needs. Extremely friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and accommodating. Thank you again Seth so much.
