So appreciate of Richard's Heating and cooling! Came over the day after we called and installed a new furnace immediately. Stayed late and made sure we had heat. Great value and very professional 👏 Thank you and we'll definitely use this service again!

We are thankful for Richard's heating and cooling. We went a month without heat and our ac quit working in the summer. Richard's heating and cooling was able to get us in within a week and a reasonable price. We liked Richard's heating and cooling more because everytime we called and asked questions he always return our calls with a reasonable time and gave us his honest answers which we greatly appreciated. He said it would be a 6 hour job for both the new ac and a new furnace but him and his team got it done within 4 hours!

Seth and his crew did a wonderful job. They replaced out old furnace, hot water heater and ac unit , to high efficiency. The job was done fast and very professional. The establishment we was given was right on . No hidden cost. The whole job was done in less than 2 days. I would highly recommend them.

Seth and his crew got right to work and did a thorough and professional AC install. Very friendly and mindful. I am extremely satisfied with the quality of the AC unit itself and the manor in which it was installed. I will call again if I should ever have any finance maintenance or needs. Called Seth on a Thursday afternoon. A technician came out Friday morning and checked it out. My 40 year old furnace finally died. I was quoted a price for a new furnace including parts and labor before he left. It was really reasonable. They showed up Monday morning at 9:30am. By 1:30pm I had a brand new furnace. The work performed was great. The guys were friendly and professional. They cleaned up after themselves. Hauled the old furnace away. Very happy with this company.

Seth has been servicing our heating and cooling at our local Salon and spa for 4 years, and has just recently installed a new furnace and air conditioning system which has saved us money and made us much more comfortable.

Excellent service. Seth was very helpful when I decided to swap out my old fuel oil furnace for a new propane one. Even going so far as to make an exception to the company's seasonal hours to work around my very busy schedule. Pricing was fair, and the work was done well and efficiently. Seth was very responsive when called! He listened very well and explained everything clearly! His crew was very courteous and was able to replace my heat pump system in a matter of hours. So after being ripped off by another local company, we decided to get a second opinion & I'm so glad we did. First off, when I called Richard Heating & AC late on a Sunday night expecting to hear a voice mailbox, the call was answered. My 80 year old mom's furnace went out on a very, very cold day. I told the owner of this company we would be okay for the night ( had heaters), so he arrived the very next morning even though I'm sure he already had a list of scheduled appointments. He checked out the furnace, explained the problem, and had the problem all taken care of the very next day. We felt very comfortable with him & know the total cost was fair. I would recommend this company 100%. My mother saved almost $2000.00 !!

Super fast response, affordable and very knowledgeable! Our furnace wasn't working correctly and we woke up to a cold house, thankfully he was able to squeeze us in and get our heat back on within hours of calling. He went over what the issue was, what he would recommend fixing, the costs and what to look out for. The pricing was very affordable and I'm grateful he took the time to explain what was going on rather than just fixing it and going on his way.

Seth removed an old electric heat pump system and installed a new gas furnace and ac unit. The job included installing a new gas line, running a long length of wet lines and wiring, all done in a crawl space.
Easy to work with, responsive, and knowledgeable.

Seth came out and installed a new mini split ac system and he was a breeze to work with, easy to talk to and very knowledgeable! He got everything installed in a timely manner, cleaned up after himself and he made sure everything worked properly before leaving!
