My house was really dirty and stained with mold. I really didn't think it would come this clean. I am really happy with it. My siding looks brand new. I am really proud of my house now. Thanks to Hawkins roof & Exterior cleaning. The price was right too. i will always use him and recommend him to everyone.

I highly recommend Hawkins Roof for all you gutter cleaning and pressure washing needs. James' quality of work from beginning to end was impeccable. His attention to detail, professionalism, and knowledge made all of the difference!

I have had different companies power wash my house , patio and driveway and it’s unbelievable the top quality job that James Hawkins of Hawkins Roof amd Exterior did on my house. It absolutely sparkles! It’s truly the WOW factor ! My brother in law who lives across the street (who is very critical), and he is a perfectionist could not believe how amazing my house and patio looked. He said it looks brand new! Not bad for a 27 year old home. Thank you so much! You are a treasure!

Had Jim Hawkins out to power wash my house on the recommendation of a friend that felt he did a great job . DITTO!!! Had mold on north side of house that returned after I did myself each year. Been three years since Jim did the job and still no mold. Rest of the house still looks great to. He was professional and friendly took his time and did the job right. Would highly recommend.

James did a great job cleaning our vinyl siding, gutters and windows using his specialized detergents and low pressure wash. He is prompt, his service is reasonably priced and he rightfully takes pride in his work.

James was great at communicating throughout the whole process of quoting and completing gutter cleaning at my home, he even sent before/after shots, which I very much appreciated. Not only is he awesome at what he does, he's a genuinely kind person. I wish I could hire him to do all the work I need done at my house!

James was recommended by another professional who said “I guarantee if he can clean it, it can’t be cleaned.” James came to our house immediately, gave us a very reasonable quote and did an overall fantastic job. We are using him again for other projects and enthusiastically recommend him for any job you may have.

I couldn’t be happier with my experience! My house looks fantastic! James is professional, courteous , prompt with call backs and showing up on time ( or before time lol) ! I would highly recommend Hawkins Roof & Exterior Cleaning - excellent service!

James was above and beyond my expectation. Very personable, very professional, and prompt. He did my house, garage and deck. He even did the north side of my roof that had moss growing with no extra charge. The best experience that I have ever had with any home service or improvement.

James is very responsive, knowledgeable, efficient, respectful, & down to earth! The quality of his work is the best! Our home looks like new again! The driveway & sidewalks looks like new concrete! We are extremely happy & you will too!!

James did a wonderful job cleaning our house, driveway and sidewalks. He came at the day and time he said he would. Our house and driveway has never been cleaner. We have had people clean our home before but they did not take the time James did cleaning our home. We would highly recommend him to anyone looking to have their house or business cleaned.

James is very knowledgeable and hard working. We have used him for numerous jobs and the words from our clients are " outstanding job and individual, never thought it would come out so good, book him for the next 5 years!" James is very trustworthy and polite. Soooo glad that we are able to pass his name out!!

James was professional and very courteous. He did a great job power washing our home, it looks great. We will use his service again when we're ready to get our roof power washed.

Highly recommend! I had my roof cleaned on 6/1/21 by Hawkins Roof & Exterior Cleaning. James Hawkins did a fantastic job. He was prompt, knowledgeable, and very thorough. Along with cleaning the roof, he also cleaned the gutters out, and even sprayed my deck as a courtesy. My roof looks great and I could not be more pleased!

Amazing work done efficiently. Results better than we expected. The house and concrete look brand new. I highly recommend his work - integrity and action backed by results. Uses someone else and you will wish you had called Hawkins.

Hawkins Roof did a fantastic job on our home! James is extremely professional, reliable and does a thorough job removing old stains that were built up over the years on our concrete sidewalks, patio, driveway and deck. I couldn’t be more pleased with the work, the value and the “like new” result afterwards. I highly recommend Hawkins Roof for any pressure washing needs.

Having 20 years experience helping to manage more than 1500 apartment rentals I feel well qualified to evaluate roof and siding cleaning contractors and Hawkins is certainly one of if not the best. James made the entire process from quoting the job to scheduling and completion seamless and fast. Quality of the job was impeccable on 18 large garage buildings that were in bad need of cleaning. We will certainly be using them again without question. Thank you James!

James Hawkins cleaned our siding, gutters, composite decking, paver patio and all of our concrete. Our 24-year-old house looks like new. He is responsive, professional and very pleasant to deal with. We have used several vendors over the years for siding/concrete cleaning, but now we will never use anyone else. Excellent service, great value.

If I could give 10 stars, I would! James went above and beyond to clean the roof of our home and workshop barn - was quick to reply and get us an extremely reasonable quote. He took excellent care of our property, and truly went the extra mile every step of the way. Professional, courteous, and efficient. I would highly recommend services from Hawkins!
