Reviews of local pros in Munroe Falls, Ohio

We needed our roof clear of moss rather quickly as we were having siding installed. The roof was a little too slippery for the contractor to stand on. I called James Hawkins. He quickly created an estimate and was out the very next day. My roof looks great and the price was right. He cleaned up well and we were very satisfied. Definitely happy with the service. Highly recommended.

I really can't say enough good things about James and this company. He did an amazing, thorough job cleaning our roof and gutters. He's professional and personable and makes sure everything is done right. Great value for the money; definitely recommended.

James Hawkins just finished washing our house, patio, driveway, and walkways. Everything looks amazing! All work was completed quickly, professionally, and very reasonably. After meeting James and experiencing the quality of his work first hand, it's easy to see why he has this long string of well deserved 5 star reviews. Very highly recommended!

Jim Hawkins did an excellent job cleaning both my house and my gutters. This was no easy task since my gutters were totally full of pine needles and tree branches thanks to a number of storms this winter. He was thorough and quick, and he cleaned up around the house and my patio so there was no debris left anywhere. I would recommend him to anyone! His rates were fair and the job was certainly worth it. Good experience all around.

Listen, if you're the type that will research and do your due diligence on a contractor prior to making an initial call and ultimately making a decision, you can stop, and simply go with James to do the job. I could list all the various cleaning James has done, as he has been to the house several times and has always done a superb job, but here is what you should take away from this review. I'm a very meticulous individual, and I fully trust James to take care where required, go above and beyond, and to do the job to my specs. It is extremely rare these days that an informed customer does not have some sort of complaint with a contractor's "finished" product. I really can't say enough about the quality of work James continually leaves behind. However the quality of his work, it still fails in comparison to his character as a human being. He is one that seems to share a motto of mine, and that is simply, people helping people, and that should seal the deal for you.

This is the second time we had James power wash for us. His work is impeccable and he is on time, communicates well and is just an all around great guy. We will continue to use him for all our power washing needs. James Hawkins is the guy to call if you need power washing! He was very responsive to calling back and setting up a date for service. He readily shared his information for being insured and bonded. He stopped by the same day I called him and did a walk around of the house and areas to be cleaned and sent out an estimate within 12 hours of stopping by. We had everything washed, the house and gutters, the porch and sidewalks, the deck, the railings, stairs for the deck and even the grandchildren's outside slides and play area. He showed up on time and addressed our concerns, he is very approachable and friendly. When we need this done again he is the guy we will call.

OMG!!! These guys came right on time and performed an amazing job on power washing and cleaning of my front porch, all walkways and patio to the stamped concrete of my home. And on top of that, they were so professional with wonderful personalities!!! We really appreciated them because it’s very hard to find good people who give good, caring service anymore!
My neighbor also used them and am raving about them too! Many Kudos!!
We will be using them every year now!
Thanks for the amazing work! 🥰👍

James is awesome! Very personable, very professional. He was here when he said he would be and he did an excellent job power washing our sidewalks. He was very careful near the plants lining the walks and did not hurt any of them. Everything was cleaned up when he left. Besides the bright, beautiful walkways, you wouldn't have even know he was here. Highly recommend. Also, very reasonable price.

James did an outstanding job on my patio, driveway, sidewalk and siding. He is extremely professional, friendly, and hard working. He spent extra time on old concrete stains and made everything look beautiful again. His work is top quality in every way and I highly recommend him!

Can’t say enough about James and Hawkins Roof. He was incredibly helpful in giving all the information on the process and provided an easy estimate that was very fair and less than competitors in the area. Showed up as expected and did a fantastic job. He will be our first call whenever we need work again!

Met James while he was providing services to a neighbor. He was able to schedule an estimate appointment that same day. He was professional and personable from the start. He was able to schedule within a week’s time. He arrived as scheduled and immediately got to work. He cleaned our roof, walkways, backyard patio, and driveway. He worked systematically and efficiently. It was evident that he takes pride in his work, as he went over areas that did not quite meet his standards We are very pleased with the outcome and would highly recommend James’s services.

James did a fantastic job on our house and deck. Our vinyl siding and gutters look brand new and he took his time to ensure that our deck was spotless and ready to be stained. This isn’t the first time we’ve had James power wash for us and it certainly won’t be our last. I highly recommend James to anyone looking to have their home, deck, driveway, etc power washed.

James was great to work with and did a fantastic job with our gutters. His estimate was prompt and reasonable and we were put on his schedule quickly. He is very personable and gave us advice on what we should consider doing and was very honest about what we could wait to do. At the end of the service, I asked if he could put us on a regular rotation! He was great and we will continue using his services in the future!

James did an outstanding job and went way above what he was asked to do. If there were 10 stars available, he would receive them from us. He and Reggie were on time, went non stop until the job was complete. We could not have asked for better quality workmanship and dedication to getting the job done. His pricing structure was far better than any other “big guys” we spoke with and we would
HIGHLY RECOMMEND James and his company if you need his services.
Well done sir!

James @ Hawkins Roof did an excellent job cleaning my house, roof, gutters, and sidewalks at my rental house that had several years worth of moss, algae, twigs, tree branches, berries, etc. Needless to say it was a mess and probably thought of as en eye sore to other neighbors. James spoke with me several times to listen to my concerns and even met me on Sunday prior to the job to review my needs. He prices were very competitive and he was very professional.

James did an OUTSTANDING job for us He washed our 2-story house, cleaned our driveway, sidewalk, large deck, fireplace,, large front porch cement floor, and the outside flooring on our barn. He also sprayed both roofs to kill the moss and algea. Everything was done beautifully and we feel like we have a new house again. James is very personable and easy to work with. He is a good listener and takes care of every need you have
