Fast, friendly service. Did a very professional job. Jeremiah Kelley and the rest of the team are great at what they do! Would recommend them for any plumbing or heating needs.

The service was good and they fixed the a/c it but I thought it was a little high priced. It was just a quick fix. Just a small easy to change part and a burnt wire and the sent two technicians to repair it. Was around $300 or $400 I was on the phone while they did it the one guy did the work.

Very professional sales and installation. One small joint leak that was taken care of immediately after I called on it. One suggestion on the Lennox design with copper and steel piping/ couplings, corrosion is going to happen. I will need to monitor this connection over time.

Had my air conditioning unit go out on one of the hottest days of the summer so far so I gave these guys a call. They were out within an hour, took a look at it and explained to me that it was shot! Then these two guys went above and beyond for us in helping us find a solution so we could have a new unit put in! Would highly recommend these guys to anyone in a tough situation!

Called them and they showed up 1 hr later and fixed the heater real quick. And at a decent price. I was lucky and they had 1 last hot surface ignitor great guys

They performed the work as advertised. All they did was auger out a drain to clear it of tree roots. I have to admit it is not a job I would like to do. Also, it was on a Sunday so I will give them that.

Problem is they charged me over $1000 for the job. Total time on site was less than 2 hours. That's over $450/hour. I don't know of a plumber in the country that is worth that much. I could have hired a professional from California and flew him here and spent less money.

There is no way I will ever call Von Deylen Plumbing again for any kind of service. I will make all of my friends and family will know it also so they don't call him. I highly suggest that no one else calls them either unless you are prepared to refinance your home to have a drain cleaned.

we were happy to be back and running before the holiday. Seems pricey but at least we got it fixed and hopefully that will keep us going for a few more years. Jeremiah is a nice guy and explained everything well so we knew what to expect.

Jodie was so helpful and accommodating to work around my availability.

Phil was prompt, professional, and answered all my questions. He performed and completed his job in a timely manner.

Now, I no longer have to sleep in an 84 degree home; especially when the weather forecast says it's gonna be a scorcher next week as well as the week past.

Had Jeremiah Kelly out to Look at our furnace found a broken pipe that was letting carbon monoxide into the house. He gave us a couple of options as to what we could do, we decided to go with a new furnace. Upon finding that I was Ill he called his office to see about an install date. They worked it out and the very next day he was here installing a new furnace. He did a great job very kind , very professional a great guy. Thanks for your help.

This is the second time in 4 months I use Von Deylen Plumbing the first time I installed an air conditioning .which works perfectly no issues at all secondly I had a gas leak they came out earlier than promised and fixed it with no issues I would recommend them highly and I will call on them again. Employees are always very helpful and courteous.

Jeremiah, Collin and Dylan were all great to work with and took the time to explain my HVAC options. They are extremely knowledgeable and followed through on everything they said they would take care of. I also really appreciated that the owner stopped in to provide me with the very latest Lennox rebate information. I would definitely recommend this company.

Jeremiah performed our service contract that we purchased with Von Deylen's. He answered all of our questions as he performed diagnostic checks on our HVAC system to insure that we are prepared for the upcoming air conditioning season. His knowledge of our system is obvious, and he readily offers suggestions and tips as to how we can keep everything running perfectly. We highly recommend Jeremiah as a quality HVAC technician.

We have received excellent service from Von Deylen's for over 16 years. When we have had problems they always responded in such a way as to make us want to tell others about our positive results. Chris was our tech who serviced our HVAC system yesterday and did an excellent job while answering several questions that we had. Thank you for providing quality service!

Phil came out today and diagnosed the issue I was having with my tankless water heater , it's working heating up water , so far no "error 12" codes . Very happy with the prompt professional service.

They helped me get my central AC working the same day I called. The price was better than I expected and tech was very knowledgeable and helpful. I will definitely recommend and use y'all in the future.

I got a hold of Von Deylen plumbing and heating last night. The owner returned my call at around 9:30 just to answer my questions on how to turn off the water to the water heater. He promised he would have a tech at my house in the morning. Sure enough at 8 am I got a call from the office to confirm and the tech arrived an hour later. He arrived and presented in a kind and professional manner and got right to work to fix my problems, the estimate for repairs was given to me and were of a fair price so I had him continue the work. It was soon decided that a new tank was in order, and that the old tank was still under warranty. So I would only have to pay labor, Another tech had the new tank here in less than an hour, Tank is installed , leaks are fixed, and gas line brought back up to code, all in a very professional manor and fair labor cost.
The two technicians do Von Deylen Plumbing and heating proud. I would like to recommend them to you for your plumbing and heating needs.
