My water heater broke late last week. They had a technician out that Monday. Unfortunately I needed a replacement. Service was quick and easy, Phil was very knowledgeable and professional. The technicians they sent out did an excellent job. New fittings, New lines, new exhaust drilled, the works. I'm very happy with the service I got and will definitely book them again for any of my HVAC needs.

They were quick to come check our ac when it we out. ( needing to be replaced) . They were kind, as my kids wanted to ask questions and watch them. Could ask for a better experience

Had a heater and air system put in. They where on time and very polite. Always asked if we had any questions after the installing and showed us how to work the thermostat. Very pleased.

I needed to replace the furnace and the air conditioning unit, both 25 years old, and decided to reach out to VonDeylan’s. Randy came and presented the estimate within days of My call. From the very beginning, everyone I dealt with (Randy, Jody, Travis and Ben) was polite, professional, and willing to answer all questions. Less than a week after receiving the estimate, the furnace and air-conditioning unit were installed and working. Technicians Travis and Ben were efficient and quiet and cleaned up everything before they left. From my perspective, it was a stress-free Installation and I would certainly recommend this company to others

So, I don’t actually know much about Von Deylen Plumbing & Heating Inc. as a company… but I do know their driver is apparently training for the Dale Earnhardt–Ricky Bobby Racing School every time he blows through my neighborhood like he’s leading the Daytona 500.
I mean, “Shake and Bake,” right? Because nothing says plumbing emergency quite like clocking 80 MPH in a 30 MPH zone while Mrs. Henderson is trying to walk her poodle across the street. I’m guessing they’re always running late because the van never seems to be under the speed limit. Either that or they just have a personal vendetta against speed bumps. Look, I get it gotta go fast but maybe let’s keep the neighborhood NASCAR-free? Some of us enjoy walking without feeling like we’re in a live-action game of Frogger.
Until then, I’ll be over here rooting for the pedestrians while they chase that elusive checkered flag. Liberty center finish line

Called to repair leak on a 3 month old new toilet at bolt and beneath toilet, Tech said he would remove tank and toilet and check for any issues said he would go to truck to write estimate before completing work after 15 minutes he came in to tell me the owner said all he could do was offer me to purchase a new toilet ,as he could not warranty any repairs,all he did was remove top of tank and said I had to pay service call $99.95 as I refused to buy a new toilet from them.Never even attempted a repair.You will never get another call or anymore business from me.

I had Tanner and Travis out to service my home and install an entirely new system. They were punctual, courteous, extremely professional, and made sure I had no questions before cleaning up thoroughly and providing me a card in case I thought of more questions! During a shower install I needed a plumber asap. Vondeylens was here 8am sharp the next morning and fixed. Very much appreciated the great service.

The gentlemen I had out to my house were very unprofessional and honestly didn't do anything I didn't already know was wrong. They were in a hurry because it was a Friday afternoon. They drove out of my driveway and neighborhood very fast. Over priced and would never recommend.

Our business recently obtained a large building needing multiple repairs. The Von Deylen crew have been very knowledgeable in a variety of trades. They are very professional and easy to work with. We highly recommend them!

Five years ago I called Von Deylen’s emergency service line for furnace service on an outdated unit. Manufacturer parts were no longer available and the man who answered helped me diagnose the issue without a wasted after hours service call.

Fast forward to November 2025 and Von Deylen was the first of two companies I requested estimates from to replace both furnace and a/c units. The owner Randy Fisher visited, went over options and gave me some Lennox and HVAC 101 knowledge.

I cancelled the second estimate the following day and went with the company I had already had a positive experience with. Technicians Tim & John were installing the units the following Wednesday. Both installers were professional and courteous doing a fantastic job from install to disposal of old units.

Very appreciative of having a company like this in our local area and would not hesitate to recommend to family and friends.
