I first called on June 22nd and was told I would get a callback to set up an appt for consultation and estimates, but I never heard back. I called back on July 14th in order to set up the appt. No one showed up as scheduled on July 21st. I didn't want to give up on them yet and called again ...I was told that appt had been made on a day they don't go out to do estimates and I got no apologies for their mistake, yet I still made another appt for the 26th. I waited over an hour ...no one showed or called, and it would have been too late for me to call their office, so I gave up. I had hung in there all this time because of the good Google reviews and because I like to support local businesses, and the person I originally talked to seemed very open to helping me with the work I needed. I understand if they are busy, and I wasn't expecting actual work to be done anytime soon because I know they are pretty booked, but making appts when they can't keep them and not communicating just didn't make me feel like my business was wanted. Now I regret spending five weeks just to get nowhere :(
