These are THE MOST professional, polite, knowledgeable technicians we have every had the pleasure to deal with. We purchased a new home and discovered we needed a new AC and a new furnace. They did their inspection, explained EVERYTHING in terms we understood, then gave us an estimate. Turned out we needed MORE than the previous company we had called had told us and gave us and estimate that was THOUSANDS of dollars less. They were able to schedule us the NEXT day. Two teams arrived to do our installation. One for AC, one for furnace. They worked through the day (about 6 - 8 hours). Went through an extensive after work checklist WITH US to explain and "SHOW" us what was done. Cleaned up after themselves. To Brian, Ryan and Greg, with a little help from Eric. THANK YOU!!! Everything is working great. A shout out also to Dallas who came to do the initial inspection!

So rare these days to have exceptional customer services, New Albany Heating and Cooling does it right! Very professional, honest, best price and value in all of Columbus. Had a new furnace and AC installed. We had no heat, we had to make a decision to fix or replace and was later in the day when we decided to replace. The company delivered space heaters within a couple of hours, kept us warm until they could install the following day. They were on time in the morning, extremely professional and very clean. Could not even tell they were in our house, it was spotless. New equipment running great and the office called the next day to make sure we were satisfied with the service. Finance options available if needed. Highly recommend New Albany Heating & Cooling, also known as Five Star.

These are really good at what they do. We bought an air conditioner and furnace. Our house has a very small crawl space I was worried if they were ever going to be able to take out the old furnace and put the new one in but they managed. The were very careful now to scuff any floors, they make sure not to leave any mess behind. Also, when there was a small issue with our furnace they came back to fix it with no issues. Sometime I feel like even when things are covered by warranty you have to fight to get them fixed but not with these guys. They are honest hard working people who just want to make sure that end of the day can make their customers as happy as they can.
Now that we've had our furnace and a/c for a year's it works great. We even had a tech come out to ensure everything is working as designed, this was free when we bought everything. New Albany Heating & Cooling reached out to me to set it up, it was not me having to remember to make the appointment check up, that was nice. We decided to pay extra for the service warranty for the next year. These people really know how to take care of their customers.

I am very impressed with the quality of service I received! My furnace was not working so I called Five Star Heating and Cooling. They were able to come to my home at my earliest convenience! The tech called 30 minutes prior to arriving. He was here right on time! We talked through the situation and he quickly went to work. He was able to fix my problem and also made sure everything was in good repair. The price was very reasonable and I feel good knowing my heating and cooling is working properly! I highly recommend Five Star Heating and Cooling!

Mike Brown came out to do maintenance on our heating and cooling system. He was prompt, professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. He caught issues other companies did not and made sure everything was working efficiently on our unit. He took his time so I felt very comfortable with his work. I have used other companies, including a large, well know company in this area, and this company far surpassed them. I also had a very easy time scheduling. I had to reschedule a few times and they were very accommodating. Prices are fair too. They offer deals that are actual deals and not just to sell you something.

Scott was very knowledgeable and got straight to the point. Felt comfortable with his diagnosis and recommendations. Will be requesting his assignment to any future service requests.

Brandon(sp?) was excellent! He was friendly, explained what he found and showed me. Very professional and conscientious. He even told me about 5 Star plumbing services if I needed a plumber for my water tank. No hard selling, he told me when I asked. Send him every time!

Outstanding service experience! The technician, Eric Doan, was on time, professional, courteous and extremely thorough in his explanation of the air conditioning unit issues. He provided me with options and did not try to push me into anything I was not ready to do. This is the second time I have had superior service from them. Highly recommend New Albany Heating and Cooling, serviced by Five Star Home Services!!!

Fred was very good with his skills and expertise. He possessed excellent customer relationships attitude. I also commend Fred for his professionalism. He will be my service technician moving forward. Happy Holidays to all especially Fred.

This is a great company. I was with a different company before. I switched to this company because the technician of New Albany Heating and Cooling came to my home quickly, diagnosed the leaking, and did everything professionally. The charge is reasonable. The person truly cares my concerns. They know what they are doing. Very smart staff, efficient, straightforward. Specifically, Scott Peterson is friendly, frankly, and honest. I would recommend to my friends without reservation.

We came back from out of town to no heat. I ended up buying a new HVAC - old one was 23 yrs old so I was time to pull the trigger. Matt got me the best unit for my home at a great price along with the coupons. I am extremely happy!!!!

I called New Albany Heating & Cooling to have our furnace prepared and checked for the year and we needed some repairs which were done very quickly. The gentleman who performed the work was very polite and the work was excellent and done in a timely manner. Very impressed with company. Today a gentleman named Brandon came to give our Air Conditioner its Spring checkup and he was great and very polite. You cannot ask for a better company who are extremely qualified nor better people. Great company.

Great experience! Had a new furnace and AC unit installed. The team was, fast, efficient, and friendly. The main installer was very knowledgeable and you could tell he loved doing the work. They removed the old units and took them away as well. The 10 year warranty is unmatched and the finished product is great.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Noah Beeli who truly exceeded my expectations. After calling for help, he arrived the same day and quickly assessed the issue with my A/C unit. His professionalism and extensive knowledge about the systems were evident from the start, as he explained the problem in a way that was easy to understand.

Although the price was on the higher side, the speed and efficiency with which he fixed the issue made it worth every penny. I was impressed with how quickly he resolved the problem, and I can now enjoy a cool and comfortable home again. I highly recommend his services to anyone in need of A/C repairs!

Eric was awesome. Very polite and professional. He answered all my questions and put my mind at ease . A very honest man . He pointed out the Military discount . A master at his craft which is nice to see . If I have any problems in the future your company will be the first I call because of him and Victoria. Thank you guys so much.

I had an emergency situation visiting from Florida. My daughter was giving birth to their child today and the air conditioner did not work. I also had the one year-old at home with me. Can’t complain Mitch showed up did his work diagnostic got back up online. Gotta make some adjustments and purge give them a rage. They did an outstanding job. Great great guy.
