Mitch did a great job! I'm in the trade industry and am always impressed when
I see a young up and comer like Mitch. His customer service skill was a five star. He was very honest with his assessment. And very thorough in checking our system. You guys better hang on to him! If not, I'd put him to work in a new york minute.

Had an air conditioner problem. The tech diagnosed it to be a contactor relay-like device that was corroded. Did a good, quick, professional job. I did not feel good about the price of almost $350 total part and labor. It was a total of $99 service fee charge plus $249 to replace it. (I later found I could have gotten the part on Amazon for under $20.) He was here less than a total of two hours including diagnostic time, so seemed rather pricey to me. It was a fixed company price that he looked up. Other than that, the tech did a good job and I would recommended him. His name was Shane.

After a very nice call from the manager I was please with the resolution process and appreciative of supporting our U.S. Army Veteran community.

Happy Customer. Noah came out on Saturday and helped us diagnose the issues with our 18yr old system. We opted not to band-aid but replace. Tuesday Jason and Brandon showed up on time early and had the furnace and AC replaced in a few hours. The new unit is much larger and more capable. Everyone was professional, friendly and capable. Took all the old stuff away and left everything clean and tidy. Thank you!

$99 trip fee and a flat $300 on top of that to tell me that I reinstalled the outside circuit breaker upside down. $300 was a flat diagnostic fee to troubleshoot the electric problem. $400 total bill. I am fine paying more above visit fee, but a flat $300 regardless of the time it took him to figure out the simple breaker issue is excessive. When I shared my concern about this fee, he just smiled. Lesson learned.

The technician was polite and tolerated my dogs being his helpers. He did figure out that I blew a fuse while installing my new thermostat. The service was $99 and $79 for a $2 fuse. The estimate to clean my blower wheel and AC was $1200. My AC froze again after he left. I think $1200 is extremely expensive.

The technician was friendly and helpful however was not able to fix the issue. I asked the company directly to speak to a technician before their visit to explain the situation. They ignored my request. I was charged $99 just for the technician visit my house and confirm the same problem i told them ahead of time. Would not recommend this company simply because they refused to communicate beforehand.

Needed service on my AC but was shocked at replacing circuit board $1,100 +. Absolutely ridiculous, circuit board should have been approximately $250 or less for part. I believe service gentleman was more interested in selling me a complete new system $10,000 +.
This is a HVAC company that I will not use in the future nor refer. “BEWARE”
