Iv had Shoup’s clean my carpets in the past and always get an awesome result. Same results today. Thanks to Don and Alissa for their hard work.

1 extra star because they were kind and they were prompt on scheduling and getting the quote. After that, though was not professional. I scheduled before our newborn was due. They called to cancel that due to some of their equipment breaking. A week before the next appointment attempt, they called to cancel and move days again. We try to be flexible. Stuff happens. So then the third date comes and they are supposed to arrive at 1:30. They text at 1:00 that they will be late and it will be 3:30. 3:00 comes and they call to cancel completely saying someone has a broken foot and there’s a worker shortage. At that point, I just cancelled completely. We’d already completely cleaned out all of the kid stuff from our living room and moved furniture for them. Very frustrating. We try to be flexible and understanding but 3 cancels is too many.

Shoups came out and cleaned my kitchen carpet. The gentleman who came was Don. Very nice gentleman. He gave me options on how he could clean it. I said what ever you think would do the best job. I can't say enough about the staff at Shoups. From the friendly caring Receptionist to the timeliness of them coming out for my emergency. Don was absolutely amazing! He went the extra mile listened to all my questions and was such blessing. Don really did a great job cleaning and taking care of the issue. 10/10 would recommend them.

Adam did an excellent job cleaning my floors, we have lived in our house for 4 years and after 3 dogs just needed a cleaning. He was in and out in under 2 hours and left the floors feeling so soft and smelling good!

I have a six month old puppy who ate God only knows what, and decided to have a little party with his rear end all over my mother’s apartment. These guys saved me! I was able to get a hold of them on a Monday and they found a way to squeeze me in to clean up all that nasty and keep me from facing the wrath of Khan! Oh thank you!
