I can’t recommend SafeClean enough. As a busy working parent, I was skeptical about hiring help at first, but after my first clean earlier this year, I was hooked. The team (shoutout to Sammi H. & Alexia F.) arrived right on time, equipped with all their own eco-friendly supplies, and got straight to work without any fuss.
They tackled everything with incredible attention to detail: floors were vacuumed and mopped to a shine, bathrooms sparkled like new, and the kitchen counters gleamed without a streak in sight. The house smelled fresh and inviting, not like harsh chemicals, which is a huge win for my allergies.
What sets them apart is their professionalism and kindness. They respected my space, moved furniture carefully, and checked in midway to make sure I was happy with the progress. Pricing was fair and transparent—no hidden fees—and booking was a breeze. We’ve now scheduled bi-weekly visits, and it’s given me back precious weekends for family time instead of scrubbing toilets.
If you’re on the fence, just do it. SafeClean isn’t just cleaning your house; they’re giving you peace of mind. 10/10, would (and will) hire again!

This is a review for a particular person who works with this company, not the company itself. Seems like they have a lot of turn over. We had a regular cleaning lady who knew very well all of the areas that need done and trash cans that need emptied (a business). There was some kind of misunderstanding, and they let her go. After that we had several different people coming by, no one stayed long enough to become familiar with the areas that needed to be cleaned. Until Erica Brown came along. Erica is absolutely fabulous and is by far, the best person we have had cleaning here in years. I hope we get to keep her as our regular person for a long time to come. She is great to work with, always checking in with us to make sure we don't need anything additional. And she leaves us little encouraging notes every day, which I love. Just goes to show that a smile and a nice word goes a long way. Thank you Erica for everything!! And if you are able to request who comes to do your cleaning, I'd ask for Erica Brown!

This review is for Erica Brown, she replaced a girl we actually hired and is doing a wonderful job. She is extremely thorough, very friendly always going above and beyond. She leaves our plant spotless, she always has a smile and we love the encouraging little messages she leaves behind. I would highly recommend her. Erica, thankful for all you do!

Lexi and Darnise are AMAZING! They came in to give my father-in-law’s house a full top to bottom scrub. They have done a fantastic job and they are incredibly meticulous. They literally cleaned ceiling to floor in every room of this house. They cleaned in places I’ve never even looked at. I highly recommend them for any cleaning you need. They even dealt with people coming in and out to visit. Super friendly and very fast. 100/10!

While the lawn looked nice....I had witnessed a worker mowing at a facility where he blew wet grass clumps all over the employee parked vehicles, hood and windshield!! Good thing there wasn't any stones in the grass! He clearly could have been blowing the grass the other direction. Flat out disrespectful and I'm glad I was in the other parking lot.

Gave this company to many chances to fix there quality and issues. One week they mow half the yard, the next they scalp it. When I text to inform them it’s my fault because I’m hard to please. Literally that’s what they texted me. 2020 customer service is dead. Rule #1 in business never blame a customer for your poor quality. Fix the issues and make them happy.

These business owners do satisfactory routine lawn care but I have reservations recommending their company. My mom and late dad were GAL&L customers for over 20 years and held the Elliotts and their work in the highest regard. As the years have passed, these business owners noticeably avoided expressing any sincere customer concern. They are not straightforward in communications and I would describe their business dealings as questionable.
