A one-time cleaning of my bins was completed today. I appreciated how easy it was to schedule online; I did it in 5 minutes between work meetings. Communication was great - I received a scheduling confirmation the morning after I submitted a request (for about a week out), a reminder the evening before service day, a notification 45 min prior to their arrival, and confirmation once complete. My previously disgusting bins look shiny and new. I obviously wanted to neutralize the odor but didn't expect them to smell GOOD! The pleasant scent permeated into my garage and freshened it up too. Reasonable price to quickly handle a task I'd never want to complete myself. Happy customer, I plan to sign up for quarterly service next spring!

Beyond happy with 3-D Santitation!! I’ve had them for a few months now and they go above and beyond every time! I even forgot to set my trash can out by the curb one Wednesday and they still rolled it out for me, emptied it, and put it back where I had it originally! Their customer service is above all others.

When I moved and was looking for a new trash company, 3-D sanitation immediately stood out to me. When I called, they answered right away and then sent me an easy link to sign up. Everything was quick and simple! Not to mention they were the cheapest around! I have had their services for about a month now and they are amazing. They send me a reminder message to put my trash out the night before. They have excellent communication skills as well as amazing customer service! I can't recommend them enough!

We switched from a large and expensive company and have nothing but good things to say about 3D! It was easy to set up an account and their people are extremely friendly and helpful. The price is a fraction of what we had been paying and we are glad to support a local, family-owned business. The service is excellent - nice to get that reminder each week.

Been having a bad week and woke up this morning exhausted and half asleep. I forgot to put my can out at the road. My trash wouldn't have been picked up. They totally went out of their way to make sure they grabbed my can and dumped my trash. When I came home from work my can was at the end of my driveway and my trash was dumped! Totally made my day!!! There still are good people in this world. I highly recommend their service

Strong communication with me on placement, drop-off timing and pick-up. Even knocked down the contents of the improperly filled dumpster so it could be transported safely.

Guy was really nice and did a really good job on my carpet.

Was charged more than originally quoted. Complained about having to move furniture that I was told they would move.

Horrible company! After waiting a half an hour past my original time slot of 2-4. Guy gets here very detached asking me the same questions over and over. Then gives me a number $40 dollars over the original quote of $156. Horrible!! I told him to leave.

I used Personal Touch recently to have my floors and upholstery cleaned and received great service. The guys were friendly and the price was unbeatable!

Awesome company we have 6 dogs and 6 cats and they got rid of the oders and pet stains, we will have them back again
