I couldn't be more pleased!! It's been a year and they have never missed an appointment. They are always friendly, professional and do a terrific job.

Terrible. Never have had a good experience with this company, used them in Arizona and here in Canton. They've left dust under the beds, trash in the kitchen, they sweep/mop/vacuum around everything, the top of the fridge is always dirty even when I ask that they clean it, the fan blades are covered in dust, the switch plates are nasty looking, the shower still has some mildew in the corners, behind the toilet has hair all over the place, the mirrors have steaks still, and honestly the list goes on and on. But when my husband and I tried to bring the problem up to the owner he was very rude and the company never resolved our issues.

Katelynn B is like family to us. She & her team are pleasant, hard working girls that come every week to clean for us. Many times Natalie works with her. She too is a conscientious worker as well as Chelsea who periodically helps Natalie. We are quite pleased and enjoy these girls from The Cleaning Authority. They all deserve bonuses!

The Cleaning Authority do an amazing job. I can really see the different from before and after they complete they work. Especially since I have a lot of pets and they shed a lot of hair. Its always a plus when Taylor and Ashley interact with my dogs

They are pleasant and professional and it gives me peace of mind knowing I don’t have to come home from work and clean on my only one day off. If there’s any concerns, the owner gets back to you right away. If you have less than a positive review, then you didn’t allow them to address your problem.

I've been very happy with the Cleaning Authority. They are dependable, organized and thorough. They use low-odor products, which is important to me. Michele and Erin are our "regulars", and they do a fabulous job!

They were okay. On time, good communication and I like the app. I stopped using them because I felt that most of the girls that came were really just trying to rush to finish and not concerned with doing a good thourough job. Almost every clean I still had to go through and clean again. No attention to detail. Often skipped things like wiping down surfaces and dusting. Over all a huge waste of my money.

We've been using the Cleaning Authority for several years now. They will customize a plan to come in and clean on your terms. Bi-weekly, every three weeks, or monthly. Depending on how often you need them, their crew will be on-time, achieving cleanliness standards that everyone in your family will be happy with. Every time they show up, one specific area is "deep-cleaned". This might mean cleaning the refrigerator, taking the cushions off the sofa and vacuuming, or the tile in the bathroom. We're very happy to have come upon the Cleaning Authority.

This service is very appreciated. They have been very caring with our cats and the challenge created by cleaning around three people.

I have been a customer of the Cleaning Authority for a year now. I tried them last year before hosting an annual holiday kickoff party and was hooked. I cannot express how much easier life has been with the Cleaning Authority. My home smells so fresh and is impeccably cleaned each time. My team is so kind. This summer they found a wasp nest in my bedroom after a window had slipped. They saved me from possible terrible consequences as I am allergic. My team also brings in my packages from my porch if they happen to see them. Such kindness just shows the kind of people the Cleaning Authority hire. My Team of Teri and Kesha are absolutely amazing.
