It's a company that is hit or miss. Never get the same crew. They would be great one time then I would wonder what they did the next time. Final straw was when they knocked down a shelf and broke a pitcher and figurine. We were assured they would take care of the loss but we haven't heard from them in several months and they dont return our calls. I would never recommend them.

It’s very nice to be able to come home to a neatly cleaned home after Ashley and Kaylee clean our home. We have noticed when we have them instead of other people’s names on our invoice that the cleaning tasks have been completed better. Thanks for a great job!

The Cleaning Authority was at my house promptly and were very efficient.

I got a $125 gift certificate for this place. I had to call about 7 times before I could get a cleaning scheduled. I asked for my living room and kitchen to be done- that's it.
In the kitchen my 2 windows were wiped down, microwave cleaned, counters wiped, top of stove wiped down and floor mopped.
In my living room my floors were vacuumed, tv stand and pictures dusted.

I have no clue what they did for 2 hours, I could have done all that within 1 hour. I'm extremely disappointed. I also tipped them 30 bucks lol. Never again.

Edit to add 3 months later I get a letter claiming I owe them 62 additional dollars 🤣🤣🤣

The girls did a great job as usual, but I couldn’t give 5 stars today because something got broken. I realize accidents happen, but the article was something we treasured because it was a gift from our son.

I am thrilled with the quality of cleaning provided! Such a wonderful surprise when I come home to find things cleaned that I wouldn’t even expect like the inside of the microwave and the blades on ceiling fans! And the bathrooms are sparkling! Also, the price is very reasonable and two or three people come to clean so it’s done very quickly!

I used this service previously for several years - I contracted them again because of that prior experience with TCA. I am pleased with the quality and efficiency of their work and I like the rotation schedule. The service providers are pleasant and accommodate my request to use specific products, and it just gives me comfort that TCA cleans and details areas that I can no longer clean comfortably.

Very professional staff who do a great job! Office is organized and always friendly and accommodating on the phone. Owner is professional and runs the company very well. Love the cleaning rotation system. Cleaning comes one day a week. This is my favorite day to come home from work! I love my clean house.

I can't rave enough about my two ladies!! They are so super efficient, thorough, and leave my house totally spotless. They make everything so sparkly, and the floors are clean enough to eat off. And they are so kind and sweet, too. I cannot recommend them enough. GREAT job, ladies!!!!!!

Ashley and Taylor are wonderful to work with and I’m always amazed at the great job they do. They are very professional and simply do a fantastic job cleaning my home. My family has been handling the business and personal affairs of a family member who passed away unexpectedly and having our home cleaned was one way to alleviate some stress from our lives. The first day that I came home after Ashley and Taylor cleaned, I literally almost cried. It was such a weight lifted to come home to a clean home. I have been so happy with their work and in my interactions with them, the owner Jean, and other members of the company. Jean was very kind and helpful in finding a time that worked with our family schedule. I can’t say enough good things about The Cleaning Authority-Canton.

We had our first cleaning with The Cleaning Authority this morning. Very happy with the service. We had recently moved into the house and were in need of a good cleaning. After only one cleaning, looks great and smells wonderful! Gone are all the hard water stains and cat hair!

I'm glad we'll be getting regular cleanings from this service.

Now, we just need to finish unpacking.

I wasn't quite sure when to expect the cleaning crew. a text would have been nice for a heads up but the girls were so efficient and pleasant.they did a good job. Three girls only took an hour to get it all done. Love a clean house!
