Lack of service they kept find everything they could raise their price and when you ask them to explaining, that someone different I need to talk to, they will call you back and no one calls you back.

The two young girls who came to clean were excellent. They know how to clean and went right to it. They made every inch of my house sparkle. I am so please and would highly recommend them.

The cleaners were cheerful, arrived on time and went straight to work, nonstop. I felt comfortable with them in the house. They made the whole place "company ready" and I will be using the service again!

Teri and Taylor were here this morning and did another superb job. They're both so pleasant and professional. I'm always glad to see them come back.

Trash was not emptied in either bathroom and they were both full. Also, I don’t understand why something that is clearly trash is not put in the trash can. Overall, they do a better job than I’m willing g to do, but there is room for improvement.

Always di a great job, Vicky and Felicia are hard working and consistent. It always makes my day better when they come help us out!

I just had my initial cleaning A done and my cleaning crew did a phenomenal job!! It is a little pricey but well worth the money!! They left here and my house was spotless 😊

Very unorganized administration. They never follow through with a request without multiple calls to follow up yourself.

I had to follow up 3 times while I was on vacation for a reschedule that I put in weeks prior. They still sent out cleaners even after 3 times I followed up on the reschedule. Felt bad for the cleaners but no one was home to let them in. He promised a $40 credit for the waste of my time, never added it to my account, then proceeded to ignore this request when asked about it later.

Also was quoted a price that included basement cleaning every other month. Took them 5 months to get that in the paperwork for cleaners to get paid to clean the basement. Then tried to charge an additional $50 month on top of the originally agreed on price.

The cleaners were great and did a great job. I would have stayed a customer forever if I could have just worked the cleaners directly.

If you don’t mind inefficiencies, wasting your time following up with someone to do their job, and raise in previously agreed on pricing, then this is the company to go with.

I'm one of those hard to let someone in my house guys. I'm completely blown away by the outstanding work and professionalism. My carpets look new again and smell great. Thank you.. I'd give you 10 stars if I could.

Jesse was fantastic and our carpets look brand new after he was done! This is a family run business which means a lot to us and you can tell how much pride he has! Prices are very fair and the time it took to do a living room and two bedrooms was under two hours.

I highly recommend this business. They did a fantastic job. The house sparkled. They are now a new contact in my phone.
