We had work done this past week at my father's home in North Canton/Plain Township. The three gentlemen, Skyler, Dakota and "Security" who completed the work were nothing less than professional, courteous, pleasant and hard-working. We are VERY PLEASED with the work they completed. This is the tree/ stump removal company you want. Very nice to deal with on the phone and in person when they came to do the estimate. Efficient, conscientious to detail and cleanliness, and affordably priced. They even reached out to me by cell while on site to point out an item in the yard I wasn't aware, asking if I wanted them to address ...which I did.

The young men that came to my property to remove 2 very large trees and trim 2 more were very prompt, polite and a real pleasure to work with.
When they finished the job everything was cleaned up and the yard was relatively undisturbed. The trees were difficult to get to but they finished the job with no problems whatsoever! I would definitely have Haymaker Tree back again!

I had haymaker take down two large dead trees in my back yard. The price was great and I was impressed with how professional they are. The crew they sent out did great job of cleaning up our yard when they finished. All their equipment looks newer and well maintained. Very easy company to deal with.

Bobby, Brice and Tom were out on our property today taking down 4 large trees and helping get branches off our roof. They were amazing! They were efficient, fast, kind, helpful and clean. It was really incredible to watch them take down two very tall trees in a tough location between our house and our neighbors. They were great and I will definitely be calling them again! Haymaker Tree and Lawn took care of 2 enormous pine trees that were extremely close to our house and did a phenomenal job! They were booked out a couple of months and we had to reschedule due to a week or rain, but every time I reached out to them Michelle was very responsive and able to provide updated information. The price for the tree removal was spectacular. Great service, great value. Strongly recommend Haymaker Tree and Lawn. We are already planning on calling them for future work.

I had 2 very large trees cut down, grounded out and grass planted. From the estimate to completion they were prompt, efficient, and cleaned up the entire area around where the trees were. They did a great job and I am very happy with their services.

When we had an issue with a tree dangerously close to a line, Haymaker Tree and Lawn was super responsive. Smith was quick to have someone there and they did a fantastic job with clean up! Truly a seamless experience from beginning to end. Highly recommend!

I hired Haymaker Tree and Lawn to cut down a huge old tree in my backyard.
I was thoroughly impressed from the first phone call I made to inquire about their service- until the last day when they cleaned up. The work crew were all very courteous and hard-working. I would sometimes look out the window to watch as they worked and I was in awe of the precision and technique they used to tackle the tree. Talk about well-oiled machines! I was also impressed with their sensitivity toward nature and the environment they were working in. There were several squirrel nests in the old tree and one newborn was still in a nest.
One of the fellows brought it to us and we were able to take it to Zippo Wildlife
Center. We appreciated this! The cleanup job they did was thorough and went beyond what we expected as they planted grass and covered it with straw.

One of the best in the business! Had a tricky one. Split tree. 150 foot tall. Leaning on another tree and ten feet from the electric lines. Called on a Monday. Work done on a Wednesday. This was an easy task for this experienced crew! Mark the owner runs this family business well… like a family. When your teams feels part of a family you treat each customer like you care. Because they do! Top rate local family run company! Hard to come bye these days… let them take care of you and you will be pleased!!!

I had a HUGE tree that needed taken down, and I am so HAPPY with the job that Haymakers did for me. From the tree-monkey, to the stump grinder, to the repairer of the lawn, great job!!!
When they left, everything was cleaned up like you wouldn’t even have known all the work that had been done that day! And even though the some of the bigger limbs would make divots in the yard, they have a separate crew that comes and fills the holes with dirt and reseeds the lawn. The price was beyond reasonable for all the work they did, and every worker that showed up was pleasant and respectful. I definitely would recommend them. A+++++

Super happy with the job Haymaker did taking down our 70+ foot Cottonwood tree! We received multiple calls the week before to keep us updated about the timing. Day of showed up as promised and whole team (crew leader Rich) was professional and courteous. We have an irrigation system and landscape lighting so they had someone climb the tree and then gently lowered every limb down by a rope. We did have every sprinkler head marked with marking paint and orange flags. We were impressed with how gentle they were on the lawn and steering clear of all the sprinkler heads. At the end of the day they made sure to clean up the yard and driveway. Would absolutely use Haymaker again and highly recommend!

I recently had Haymakers complete an unusual job for me. I, as well as most of my neighbors, have used Haymakers multiple times in the past. I was needing a large street light lamp post with an extending lightening rod removed from the back of my house. Could not find anyone to take it out. A friend mentioned asking tree service and Haymakers happened to be next door taking the neighbor's tree down. I asked Rich and he said sure!
He sent an estimate and it was very reasonable. They called the week before and said they would be out Wed.. I knew they get behind with weather and such so I asked if they have to delay a day, let me know as soon as possible because I have to work the next day. Sure enough, Rich called me in the morning and even though they were 1/2 day behind due to weather, he knew I had to work so he squeezed me in. They brought the big crane and did fabulous job retrieving the pole from behind my house. They had to put the crane in front of the house as there was not enough access to my backyard. It was quite the sight to see that huge metal post being lifted over top of my house! The guys were incredible, not a scratch and bump into anything! They were all very professional and polite, cleaned up everything and was done in less than 2 hours. Even with a delay of wasps in my siding right at the post and a neighbor's truck that needed moving, they were extremely patient and proficient. They get 5 starts from me!
The gentlemen here were Rich, Ryan, Cameron and Mike. The receptionist, Jasmine, was also very friendly when I called to get some answers and when I went in to pay the bill.

I had a great experience getting my two cherry trees down, which I was nervous about. Cameron and his crew were lovely, polite, knowledgeable and also very considerate of my line of shrubs that I wanted to keep intact. I’m glad my tree project is done, and it was painless! I would highly recommend Haymaker Tree Service, they truly know their business, two thumbs up from me! Awesome job!

Used Haymaker tree to remove a large branch on our Maple tree that was broken and hanging onto other branches over our patio. They came out to assess the day I called and came out and removed them next business day! I have used them in the past to trim all our trees and have been very satisfied with the work that was done. The crew was very friendly and did a wonderful job trimming and cleaning up and saving our patio! I highly recommend them for any tree work that needs done!

I just had a tree removed and the stump ground out with Haymaker. I'm very fussy about my lawn and landscape. I made a few special requests which I hoped weren't too extreme. Haymaker's crew went beyond my expectations and were very informative and friendly. If I need more work done in the future I know who I'm calling. I suggest you do the same!

Due to working a ton I had my parents help facilitate putting a new lawn in at my house and they chose haymakers.. after the first day my front lawn was not even and it looked terrible so my dad called and they had to come out and redo it.. then my fence was broken and they never put it back on the hinges and my dog ran away at 3am when I got off work.. overall it was not a professional $1900 job.. Today after having a long day at work I was getting out of my car and was bombarded by two men.. which I have never seen before.. nor did they introduce themselves to me.. the one man said “I’m here because of a review that was left on Facebook from your dad” I was caught off guard and the man was defense and yelling from the beginning. He said they did not break my fence. I take him over to show him.. the fence is clearly crooked.. 4 inches lower than it’s supposed to be and BENT and he kept yelling at me that it was not broken that the dirt is just too high..then tells me the guy “Matt” came back that night and put the fence back on.. I said no.. I definitely put it back on myself after my dog ran down the road at 3am.. and the man who I now know as mark- kept proceeding to tell me no that Matt did it!!??
I did not appreciate an unannounced visit and to be bombarded and ridiculed by men who did not introduce themselves to me at my house about a “professional” job that I was unhappy about. I wish mark the owner would have asked me what I was unhappy about and did not immediately start yelling at me and being defensive.

I just had 2 30ft junipers taken out. The crew was courteous and efficient. What a nice bunch of young men and a beautiful job. Just recommended them to a friend and they were the lowest bid for their job. Don't bother looking anywhere else.

The job they undertook was tremendous. The Red Oak was within a fence and had what I deemed to be 18 trees coming out like branches. The crew came and assessed the tree and told us our options. We listened and decided to have it removed but asked that they leave the stump as a table. They climbed and popped of every limb with ease and made it all look relatively easy. In two days it was removed and the table with 78 rungs is all that we have left when look out. Oh yeah, they were nearly half the cost of all other estimates and we appreciated that. Thanks Haymakers.
