Needed an outside faucet and shut off replaced. Called Plumbing911 and they were there in just over an hour. Shane my service tech gave me a quote, got what he needed, and had the job done in no time. He answered all my concerns and was very courteous. Highly recommend them for everyone.

Transition went smoothly. Mike was kind and respectful which I look for in all men. He listened and made eye contact. Life can be so complex especially when things come crashing down all at once. Then people like We Buy Junk Cars comes along saves the day with kindness. I’m recommending them because I’m well pleased and you will be too!

First time using Plumbing 911 and I will definitely use the company again. Brandy, the office scheduler, is amazing. Professional, courteous, and a great person. The plumber Shane was very courteous, knowledgeable, and a real people person. This company is top-notch and I would highly recommend.

This is the 2nd time using them and they are great. Today I had Shane and he did a great job diagnosing and fixing the issue. Gave me 2 options to fix it and explained both plainly. He also just seemed like a very genuine person. Highly recommend this company they are the best in town

Very professional and skillful plumber came to my home and offered two solutions to my problem, one temporary and another more definite. I chose the more thorough job and he completed it quickly and very well. I highly recommend!

Very happy with the service and honesty. I had called another big name plumber who came out and charged me a service fee to tell me what I already told them. My hot water heater needs to be replaced. After company x quoted me and tried to pressure me into signing up that day I called plumbing 911 and one additional plumber. Both plumbing 911 and the 3rd company were within $250 of each other's quote. Also both were min $1500 less than plumber x. Plumbing 911 said they could be there the next day. I told them initially I knew company x had over quoted as I priced out the job. They provided me a very reasonable estimate and stuck to it. No surprises. My plumber Nick was professional, on time, and clearly knew what he was doing. He also did not mind me asking questions. Total time within 1 day From arriving to completion of a new tankless hot water heater to replace my old tank. 2 days later I had them back out as my pressure regulator had also broke . Showed up the same day I called and had it fixed in about 2 hours including time to go pick up the new valve . Will be calling for future needs.

I called dealing with a crushed sewer line at one of my tenants homes. I Explained we are a large corporation and would need to set some things up for billing, but we are looking for net30 billing. Was told everything would be fine and they set the appointment. I got a phone call back stating that they do not want our business. The office manager was rude and talked over me the whole time and would not let me speak. They claim they offer all these payment options but then completely removed our appointment off the calendar and said we are just uninterested with your business, and refused to even discuss other options. They stated it was because they dont offer Net30. She initially told me they offer financing, I asked for more information so that we could apply or work on getting a check request here to the property for them prior to doing the job, and she said that will be unnecessary because they just do not want our business. I am completely dumfounded, I have no idea why you would turn business away like that. I then asked to speak to the owner or office manager and she said she was the office manager and then reiterated that they dont want to do anything to get our business and she hung up on me. So happy all of our calls are recorded, I will be looking into further options on this repair with other conpanies. Run away from these unprofessional People, because seriously, how rude?

Great experience, Joe and Austin are professional, knowledgeable and courteous. Not too many companies out there that I would endorse, but I highly recommend Blue Ridge. They are honest and actually care!

Chad arrived after 10:30 on a Sunday night and & restored heat. Was friendly & professional. Can't ask for better service!

The service person was great !! He found problem ( broken wire to compressor) and issue was solved by adding a QwikLug compressor Terminal repair kit !!! The only issue I have is that adding this repair kit ( around $55-$60 )
Cost me $251 and installation was less than a half hour plus I have the gold maintenance plan!! Seems a little too much for this repair !!

Chad did an awesome job, it was a simple wiring fix and he didn't charge me as a gift for Veterans Day. Thank you Snyder and Chad you guys are the absolute best and my house is nice and warm.

Tech came out and diagnosed the issue within about 10 minutes. Had the part on his truck and had our central air working within 20 minutes. Prices are fair, will recommend and continue using them.

Travis is MAGNIFICENT! He came, he saw and he conquered:) My Mom's furnace fritzed and Travis came in, assessed the situation and has her up and going for the cold weather. He's thorough, knowledgeable, and handles issues like a pro. He's straightforward with information and there's no feeling of upselling. These past two weeks I've been through the wringer with HVAC personnel between two homes and this guy should be the Gold Standard. He's purely residential and if you are on their maintenance program the benefits are well worth signing up. Don't hassle with anyone else. Travis is your HVAC fella!

Travis did an amazing job for my aunt. The other guy Sam didn’t do a good job and he didn’t explain everything right but Travis did explain everything we are very happy with Travis’s work we like travis to come and do the maintenance the furnace all the time thank you Travis you are amazing and awesome. Travis needs a good raise for what he does and with a great explanation on the work he does. Thank you again for a wonderful awesome amazing guy.
