Constraction reviews in North Olmsted, Ohio

Todd and the team at GRT have been amazing to work with.

Highly recommend Ricky and his crew for any roofing needs. He is known for being honest, reliable, hardworking, and that absolutely showed throughout this project.

They addressed decking issues properly by cutting out the bad sections and replacing them with new plywood instead of cutting corners. The crew was professional, friendly, and did an amazing job cleaning up afterward, especially knowing I have dogs that would be out in the yard.

They were also able to squeeze me in quickly to reroof the back side of my house, which I really appreciated. Ricky was quick to communicate, very genuine, and took the time to point out some future work that may need done down the road, while also being honest that it wasn’t something I needed to worry about right now.

Very happy with the reroof and the entire experience. If you’re looking for an honest roofer who does quality work and truly cares, I would absolutely recommend Ricky and his team.

GRT Roofing did an amazing job on my roof replacement. From start to finish, they were professional, communicative, and genuinely cared about the quality of their work.

One of my biggest issues was an old skylight that had been very poorly “jerry-rigged” by the previous home owner, which caused leaks. After my first call about the leak, they quickly came to my house to assess the damage and scheduled the roof repair soon after to help prevent any further issues. GRT Roofing completely fixed the problem and installed a new skylight that looks fantastic.

I highly recommend GRT Roofing to anyone who needs roofing work done. They are honest, professional, skilled, and truly great to work with.

Great experience from start to finish. Friendly crew, quality work, and finished everything quickly. Fair pricing and the cleanup was spotless. These are the roofers you want. 10/10, highly recommend!

Quality work ar good price

Amazing company, easy to work with. Phenomenal pricing and quality work!!!

Great customer service and the best rates that I've found for quality work.

They did a great job installing gutter guards on our house. Job was done in less than a day. Makes a big difference when it rains.

GRT staff is awesome took work with. Roof looks great and the site was cleared of debri from the installation.

I gave these guys a referral in Avon Ohio. They went there and looked at roof. And contacted insurance as it had damage. Than when the adjuster was coming to look at it. Called them and told them they were coming. Gave them time and everything and they didn’t show up for the adjuster. What kind of way is that to do business???

Excellent price compared to other bids. They did a fantastic job on our roof it looks great!

GRT helped us navigate through issues that came up through our insurance company and we are grateful that they stuck with us and we love the job they did.

These guys are pros from the start to the finish! Salesman was thorough, tear off was all cleaned up, and install went so smoothly. No reservations about recommending this company! Thanks again all GRT staff!!

Great company and staff, easiest transaction for a new roof. Full tear off and new roof completed in one day and cleaned up. Easy to deal with getting the shingle type and color I wanted.

I couldn’t be more impressed with GRT. From the very first consult until after the job completed they were professional, honest and clear about every step. The crew showed up on time as promised and did a fantastic job at a reasonable price and replaced the whole roof in 1 day.

They did great work on the hottest day of the summer . Brand new gutters look amazing n price was right

Where do I start? We recently had roofing, siding and gutters replaced on our home and GRT was fantastic! From start to finish, everyone was so professional and we were always “kept in the loop”! Cannot say enough about them and we LOVE the new look so much! Thanks Rick and everyone involved!❤️

GRT did our gutters this year. They were knowledgeable and straightforward from the jump! We decided to move forward and they came within the week to put our new gutters! They were fast and did a great job! They tackled our problem spots and we have had no issues since the installation. I highly recommend them and will be sure to use them in the future!

Rick is very down to Earth and honest. I had a great experience. Will get windows from him after the roof and gutters are paid.

Rick was great with the inspection, easy to get a hold of over the phone, and had no issue with a small project we added on last minute. Him, LJ, and the entire team did a WONDERFUL job replacing my soffits, gutters, a chimney cap, attic window, and a piece of siding. They were quick and efficient throughout the 2 1/2 day job, replacing any rotten boards underneath the fascia, and any other small requests we had. 10/10 service!
