Constraction reviews in North Olmsted, Ohio

I can not begin to thank Drew, Tristan, and Tyler enough. The work they did at our home was incredible and impeccable. The quality, safety, and attention to detail the team brought made such a difference in the experience of having remediation done in our home. Every question and/or concern we had in the house was addressed with the utmost care. Drew and Tristan go the extra mile to ensure a job well done. Thank you!

Cleaned up nicely
Took time to address our questions.

Drew, Tristen, & Sam did a fantastic job encapsulating our crawl space. Drew took our health concerns seriously and assured us through the entire process. The crew kept us appraised of their arrival time & anticipated work schedule for each visit. I would highly recommend Drew & his team to handle any issue you have!

We had our vents cleaned by AdvantaClean last week. Their team did such a wonderful job. They were so clean and friendly. They explained everything they were doing. I only wish I would have know about them years ago. I will be using them from m now on. I highly recommend them!

Drew and his team cleaned our dryer vent and air ducts. They showed up on time as scheduled, were very respectful of our property and did a wonderful job. The house smelled brand new when they were done. Don't underestmate the amount of dog dander and other particulates in your vents that effect your overall air health. I highly recommend AdvantaClean of the West Side!!

Had AdvantaClean of the West Side, do my Commercial Duct Cleaning at my Office building. The crew Paul and Seth were Great!!!!!, Highy recommend them. And Drew the owner was a pleasure to deal with.

I could not be more pleased with AdvantaClean of the West Side. They did a great job and were very easy to work with. I would high recommended them to everyone.

Drew and his team were professionally, tidy, and friendly. They did a thorough and effective job on ripping out mold and water damaged drywall in my basement. It was a messy job and when they were done, it was well cleaned.

If you have a job that needs done, you can trust them to do a great job!

Drew I have left you six messages. No return phone call. Call center people from a foreign country answer the phone who do not speak very good English so I don't even know if you've gotten my messages. I have a house that needs an inspection for mold remediation.

Drew and his staff did a wonderful job having our new home's duct work cleaned from the construction process. The professionals were on time, answered all my questions and did a thorough job. Please consider using them for the services they offer.

Hired for duct cleaning. Drew and his team (Tristan and Hayden) were fantastic. On time. Professional. Courteous. Understanding/Respectful of our COVID precautions/requests. Were very safe. Did a great job with the duct cleaning and provided before and after photographs of their work. Will be recommending Drew and his team to anyone who is in need of their services!

We had water in our basement due to sump pump failure. I gave them a call, within 1 hour Drew was at our house. They took care of everything the same day!!! Professional, ALWAYS on time! 5 stars+

In an industry where often times the customer is led to believe things are worse than they are, Drew and his team (Tristan was wonderful!) are honest, upfront and informative. Quick turnaround on service, respectful interactions, and extremely thorough completion of the job all deserve five stars! I will continue to recommend them and while I hope to never need them again, I at least know who to count on if I do! Thank you Drew, Tristan and Joe (helped with remediation!).

Drew arrived as scheduled and was prepared to estimate the job in our crawl space with what looked like the right tools. He did a through check and confirmed what the Home Inspector had already reported. His estimate included a complete encapsulation of the crawl space and mold removal. They arrived as scheduled and completed the job in three days. The whole crew was polite and kept the area as clean as possible, given the mud and standing water in some areas. They finished, cleaned the area and it looks better than we expected. Several other contractors looked the job over, one actually bid higher than Drew, that estimate did not include the dehumidifier as with Advantaclean. We are completely happy with the job they did and would recommend them to anyone needing this type of service.

Paul was great to work with. He came right out and got us started right away. They were knowledgeable and reasonable. Definitely recommend, thank you!

Drew and Lauren did a great job on my project and they were a pleasure to work with. They even came back to do some light touch up work at no extra charge. They were easy to work with and finished the project on time and with no issues. I highly recommend AdvantaClean of the West Side to any home or business in need of their services. Thanks!

I'm blown away by the level of care, quality and professionalism. I was able to schedule a walkthrough quickly and was able to schedule remediation just as quick. They did an amazing job and were caring and compassionate about our sensative situation.

Today, Paul, Seth and Daniel worked in my basement They We’re very knowledgeable answered all of my questions and did a Great job

I am very happy with the work that was done in my basement kitchen. The team went above and beyond what I expected and I am confident they identified the source of the leak and removed all the toxic mold in my house. They were timely, responding same day on everything. They were also very informative and had easy-to-understand answers for all of my many questions. My house feels clean. Thank you!

Fast and professional, will recommend. Josh and the dream team were great!

I built my house 17 years ago and have never had the ducts cleaned. Drew took a look and gave me a very fair quote to do the work. Drew, Sam, and Tristan showed up right on time and took very good care of my house as they completed the duct cleaning. It is amazing to see what all was in there. I highly recommend these guys for their professionalism, quality of work, and respect for my property. Great Job glad I hired them.
