We had our house renovated, our kitchen and coffee station came out absolutely beautiful! Jim and his team made sure everything was done how we preferred and came back many times for adjusting things to our preference. Highly recommend eagles builders for your next kitchen!

Tommy was an amazing help through the whole process. He explained everything from the types of nails all the way through financing options, took pictures to help show what he saw during his inspection and continuously followed up to make sure everything was moving along. They were able to schedule it in time while I was on vacation. I came back to a new roof and a clean yard. The crew did a great job! Would highly recommend.

Brandon Lewis met with us several times and was always available to answer our questions or address any concerns. Brandon made the process worry-free for us. The install crew was professional and took great care into providing superior workmanship, protected our house during install and provided excellent clean-up.

Could not have had a better experience replacing our roof. Tim Kelly was an outstanding project manager. He helped us navigate the insurance claim process and was present for the adjuster's inspection. We were scheduled quickly, and Tim personally made sure the yard was clean after the crew was finished. The crew was also excellent. They arrived on time and worked super hard to complete the project in one day.

New roof today!! Big crew arrived early, tore off the old roof and placed the new roof in about 12 hrs for 3900 sf house. Cleaned the grounds continuously throughout the day and then final cleanup was very thorough.
Our lead person is Blake Burkhart and he has been terrific through the whole process, from the initial inspection of our roof, to choosing our new roof, he made financing an easy process, leading to our new roof today. Communication has been excellent! Blake made a few visits to the site on roofing day to make sure we were satisfied as the job progressed. The crew chief and crew were obviously experienced and everyone very polite!

We have used this company for another building in the past were very satisfied at that time as well.

We had such a great experience. TJ helped us through the entire process start to finish when our roof was damaged by a bad storm. He was responsive, kind, funny, and so helpful. He made the process easy. The roofers came out on time and were so efficient, respectful of our property, friendly, and finished in one day! The roof looks incredible, and it matches perfectly. I had some exposed nails and was unsure just how many there were. So we called to have them come out. They were able to come out within a week and come do an estimate. Austen came out and was super friendly and caulked the nails for me while he was here for free of charge. Very pleased with this company and Austen’s above and beyond service! Definitely will be using this company again!

Less than a year ago, I paid Royalty Roofing $350 to have a piece of aluminum secured. When that same piece pulled loose during January 2024's high winds (see pic), I called about having the piece re-secured for free after I learned from a friend (who was in the roofing business) that 1.) it was secured by Royalty Roofing with finishing nails (not the proper type of nail to hold it in place) and 2.) an insufficient number of nails were used during the repair. When I called Royalty Roofing about fixing it (free of charge, because it hadn't been done properly the first time around), I was told by two separate employees that they would speak to a manager about the issue and I'd receive a call back regarding next steps. This was weeks ago. No call back. No follow up of any kind. I would absolutely NOT recommend this company to family, friends, neighbors, colleagues, etc. They're happy to take your money (paying $350 for a few nails - and the wrong type at that - is outrageous!), but if there's an issue with their workmanship, they're not willing to discuss and/or fix the problem/make it right. As a person with extremely minimal knowledge of roofing, I put my trust in a company that, ultimately, took advantage of me.

I noticed some small pieces of roofing shingles lying around the foundation of our house. Someone suggested that I should call Chris Baker. That suggestion turned out to be one of the best I’ve ever gotten. Chris explained that wind damage was the reason for the ripped tiles. He showed me pictures he took of the roof and from that point on, he began to take care of everything. He worked with the insurance company, talked to the adjusters, and set everything up for the removal and replacement of our old roof. The roof was done a couple days ago by an impressive and professional crew of men. Chris talked to us before, during, and after the job was done, keeping us informed of what to expect and explaining exactly what the men were doing. All in all, our experience with Royalty Roofing was absolutely great, and a big part of that was because of Chris Baker and his courteous, professional manner of dealing with things.

Outstanding Service from Tommy and the Team! I called to schedule a roof inspection after my husband noticed a spot in the attic caused by the recent heavy rains. From the first call, the staff was incredibly helpful and well-organized. I received a text confirmation for the appointment along with details of who would be coming out.

Tommy was scheduled for the inspection, and he truly went above and beyond. He quickly identified the issue and even helped resolve a minor roof problem on the spot. He provided clear, detailed information and made the entire process smooth and stress-free.

This is Mary Guzan, I had Devin come out to give me an inspection for a leaking window. He discovered a baseball sized hole on my flat roof and was able to do a temporary patch to keep dry until permanent repair can be made. Thank you to Royalty Roofing! Technology challenged so had Devin help me with review.

Botched the install of the roof on my house soon before I purchased it. Warranty doesn't transfer which is poor fortune on my part. However, my roof is leaking like crazy and I have 6 inspections from other companies stating improper installation. Royalty sent a repairmen to the house who patched a bit but that solved nothing. There is also absolutely no paper trail or documentation of the work he did that day. For all I know he made it worse. The Royalty Roofing owner (Jason) looked at the roof and told me the only fix was me buying a new one.

Glad most have had a good experience but I can't recommend. Buyer beware.

*In response to the Owner's response to this review. I've made it clear that I wanted to find a solution as well. Their offered solution was simply to send me a quote for a new roof. No offer or willingness to come up with a solution outside of that. I've requested for a call with Jason (owner) to discuss this but have yet to receive a call.
