Tech was a great! He showed me how to clean my AC system and gave me some great tips to on how to keep my AC top notch.

I have had over one year of challenges with my boiler, installed by another HVAC Company. Tech provided incredible service in diagnosing the problem, trying many different repair options, and finally resolving the problem. I really appreciated the level of service and integrity in dealing with the entire Team.

I had L & K come to take a look a my air conditioner the tech Logan was wonderful. He checked everything over gave me options and talked me thru several of them and called to get me set up for a sales call to discuss cost for new unit. Ultimately I need to replace the air conditioner. Would highly recommend L & K, I have used them several times now they are knowledgeable and straight forward.

LK Heating & Cooling is an amazing company located locally. I’ve had the privilege of interacting with staff both in the office and in the field. My latest encounter was with Nayef. He came to do annual preventative maintenance on my A/C. From the moment he stepped in my house, he was professional and knowledgeable. He explained every step of the process. His technical and customer service skills were outstanding. Kudos to him and to LK management for recognizing his potential and making him an asset to the company. I hope I will continue to be on his work schedule.

We have been using LK for several years and have always had good experiences. Today was our seasonal A/C inspection. The technician Logan was especially helpful as there were several issues that needed attention, both inside and out. He was very knowledgeable and polite despite having to spend a long time outside in a driving rainstorm replacing parts in our two A/C condenser units.

Mike did an excellent and superior maintenance service job. He cares, and it reflects highly on LK Heating & Cooling.

sales person was very knowledgeable and helped in deciding what I wanted . On the day of installation, Techs were on time and very thorough with my trane hvac system install. They were great at communicating with me, and were able to complete my install including humidifier and air filter cabinet in one day. I would highly recommend LkHeating and Cooling

Came out in the evening on a cold night to get my furnace running, which I greatly appreciated. Price wise, they were very expensive.

I had my winter furnace check-up today and the employee I had was AWESOME! Very professional, thorough, and friendly.

Reached out to LK as my AC kicked the bucket. Had a tech out within a few hours and he spent at least 2 hours trying to get the unit working. Unfortunately the unit was dead. Within 24 hours we had quote from LK within the week that nobody could come close to.

They were transparent about how long it would take to get the new unit and crew to come out. The crew that came out was fantastic, they did not leave the first day until the AC was operational. They also cleaned up as they were taking the old unit out, left no trash and left everything impeccable. The next day they came out and completed the furnace hook up and ensured the work place spotless.

They also went over how to use the new thermostat and all of the in's and out's of the unit as well as maintenance care.

Have not had a crew come out and do work on my house and keep everything as clean and professional since I have owned the house. Absolutely fantastic local company.

Been using them for years; the tech's are nice. But I shouldn't have to pay for a callback when a tech misdiagnosis' a problem; then proceed to be manipulated/gaslit that it was a separate issue. I'll probably go elsewhere next time.

Update: They reached out and made it right.
