LK was on time and worked efficiently in tuning up both our first floor and second floor heat systems and addressing the problem with our first-floor humidifier. The cost was reasonable for all of the services performed.

If I could give 10 stars I would! I called LK on probably one of the hottest days of the year when my AC broke and it reached 86° inside the house! They put me on a wait list and showed up before noon, I was shocked! The technician Bill was very nice and knowledgeable. Quickly got to work, explained what was wrong and got it fixed within an hour for a very reasonable price! Myself and my dogs were very grateful!

Nayef was professional and informative. He explained what he was going to do and what was needed to keep our furnace running well.

Just had a new a/c unit installed by LK after mine very old unit died. My install was a little different from others due to handler being in crawl space. Most of the units used were too big to even fit in our small crawl space without possible major modifications needing to be done to the house. LK came back and looked at it again, agreed it might be a big job, but will see what they could come up with. Just a few hours later, they had found a supplier that had a unit that would fit, cutting the larger labor costs and modification costs! It was the best news after a long road trying to get this done. The guys who put it in did an amazing job, especially dealing with the tight space they had to work with. They left zero mess, and couldn’t have been nicer. We are so happy with the new unit, and it is working so much better than we had even hoped! They put a lot of time and effort into the job, and we were so grateful it worked out! I have used them in the past, I will continue to use them, and HIGHLY recommend them for any job you might have! The owner is a wonderful guy, and the salesman we worked with did a great job too! Thank You for all you did for us!!!

They installed a whole new furnace and air conditioning system and it got done all in one day we just love it it's awesome I use lnk for all my services at both my houses and I would recommend them to anyone.

This was my first time using LK Heating and Cooling this week. I was and am extremely satisfied with the professionalism and quality of the service techs Nayif and Matt, as well as the owner, Chris. I live in Columbia Park and Nayif and Chris provided service for my home, a few days later, my boyfriend's home up the street experienced AC problems, he placed a service call late yesterday and to his surprise Matt was able to come out today and fix the unit. We will definitely use LK Heating and Cooling again.

When the time came, LK Heating was there to repair / replace my failed furnace motor and capacitor. I am grateful, we are in the middle of extreme cold. The response was timely and the price was fair. Thank you.

I want to commend LK Heating & Cooling for a job well done. First of all, Chris came out immediately to repair my 35 yr old A/C unit and did just that. He suggested I think of replacing the system at sometime being that it was functioning at about 40%. I took his advice and Travis and Kurt came and did the installation of a new HVAC. They were extremely professional and knowledgeable. They got the job done in a timely fashion and I was totally satisfied with their efficiency. LK rocks and I highly recommend them to anyone who is in need of a heating and cooling professional.

Yesterday 01/27/2025 Chris installed a furnace hookup for my generator and battery backup. Did an outstanding installation and a great job explaining the technical side and proper way to hook it up.
LK always does a nice job - heating, cooling or electrical = always my first call.

Lisa in the office had amazing bedside manner and was thorough and professional and friendly and comforting as well… The guys that came out were courteous and thorough and explained everything and didn’t talk down to me like I was in kindergarten… I would highly highly recommend this company… Plus, I signed up for their maintenance plan which is amazing

Of course my heat would go out on a weekend and one of the first snows predicted. Ray was here within an hour and took great care of my boiler problem quickly and efficiently. All the technicians I've worked with at LK show the same high work ethic. Thank you Ray and LK!!!!!

I had my AC system go down and root cause was the system air movement motor located in the furnace. At first I choked on the cost of a new motor but based on its age I agreed to have L&K upgrade to a new furnace. Yes more costly but a better deal with the warranty, furnace upgrade, improved efficiency and quieter system. Three installers came out the day after system failure and completely removed the old furnace, installed the new one and did a great cleanup job in just under 3 hours. The installers were talented craftmen who did a great job.
