The team went above and beyond what I expected and I am confident they identified the source of the leak and removed all the toxic mold in my house. I built my house 17 years ago and have never had the ducts cleaned. Drew took a look and gave me a very fair quote to do the work. Drew, Sam, and Tristan showed up right on time and took very good care of my house as they completed the duct cleaning. It is amazing to see what all was in there. This company was great. Drew(owner) was always quick with responding when it came to the estimate, pricing, and scheduling . His crew showed up on time, and even help move some furniture off the wall that my wife and I should have already moved. They were very polite, professional, and hardworking. This review is long overdue, but I didn't forget about them! AdvantaClean did a great job removing the mold in my basement - very clean and professional work. They happened to be there when a different contractor accidentally cut into a water pipe in my ceiling, causing water to gush down into my living room. AdvantaClean acted quickly and turned off my water main. They also let me borrow some fans to help dry things up and did some free moisture readings of my ceiling and floors. Thank you to AdvantaClean for going above and beyond and helping me out with an unexpected situation. I highly recommend them!

We had a leak in our kitchen. I called Drew and he had his crew out the very next day! They got everything cleaned up and dried out, and even left pencil markings wherever necessary to make it easier for the builders to do their job following. Each and every member on his crew are polite and genuine. They even helped me understand the process with my insurance company as a first time home owner. Great company, great people.

I just had my basement inspected, cleaned and painted. Drew and his team were amazing. Drew was very nice, thorough, responsive, and flexible. The team was also very nice, efficient, and they did a really nice job. They take a lot of pride in what they do. I highly recommend their services.

I’m so grateful for this team I could cry. I wish I could leave them ten stars. One of the water lines to our washing machine broke and left water pooling throughout four rooms of our first floor. We had water raining down through the ceiling and light fixtures in our finished basement, and the walls were soaked. I called AdvantaClean at 8am on a Sunday as I watched the basement’s drywall ceiling start to sag, and they had three experts at our doorstep less than two and a half hours later. Despite it being a Sunday and our emergency getting them all out of bed on a day off, they stayed here for more than eight hours to make sure that they did everything they possibly could to get the water out of our house. Special shoutout to Tiffany who took the initial call even though she was definitely still asleep. Thanks for getting the gang together for us, Tiffany!

Paul spent hours scraping up flooring to be sure the fans could get to the standing water in our mud room, Seth must have taken 20 trips up and down the basement steps carrying heavy, water-logged drywall, and Drew was a man with a plan every step of the way. All three of them clearly knew what they were doing. They were very personable and kind, they worked HARD, and they walked us through each step of the process throughout the day to make sure we understood what was going on. Drew took preventative steps along the way to be sure they did everything they could to prevent mold and further damage, and they were so incredibly thorough that I have no doubt that everything that can be done has been done.

Despite our home being in such a state, all three took such incredible care of our space where possible. They saved a ton of wood framing from destruction and piled it nicely for us in our basement, they were gentle with our appliances and non-flooded floors, and they didn’t leave a single nick in a wall despite carrying massive loads of scrap material and heavy equipment around the house.

Drew also was very knowledgeable about the insurance process and took tons of readings, measurements, and pictures at every step to be sure we have all we need to submit a claim to our insurance. Paul even made sure to keep scrap material samples of everything they tore up so we could show the adjuster if they want to see it.

Also, despite the fact that they had to tear up massive amounts of flooring and drywall, they were able to take every stray piece of material with them such that I have no garbage or scrap material in my house. It feels like they did a magic trick.

I am SO impressed by this experience and so grateful to have had this team available to us. I went from completely overwhelmed to calm and confident watching them work on this. I know we have a long road ahead of us to put our house back together, but at least I can move forward at peace knowing that we did all the right things to remediate our issue by calling Drew and his team. Thank you all SO much!

Owner Drew Lipold came out for an attic mold remediation estimate. He is definitely a straight shooter, honest and easy to understand. Their proposal was several thousand dollars less than others and well explained. We were able to get scheduled pretty quickly, and their technicians (Paul and Seth) arrived on time, thoroughly explained the process again, and answered all of our questions. Our home and furnishings were well protected during their visit and the result was amazing. They took multiple pictures (before and after) of the infected areas and their protective barriers to share with us. From start to finish, this was a very positive experience and we would highly recommend them for any restoration / remediation needs.

Had a bad problem that gotten out of control in my attic! Called about it and they had a guy out within a 2 days. Scheduled my appointment 5 days later and got the problem took care of.

If you need mold removal or restoration services, this is the first company you should call. It is a veteran owned business that also offers a veteran’s discount. The owner personally came to my house to inspect the mold problem and explained step-by-step how the estimate was developed. He was fair, honest and thorough. The crew showed up promptly at the date and time agreed upon, and immediately started laying down a protective layer over the surface from the front to to the area that was going to worked on. They sealed off the affected area with a plastic barrier to contain the mold where it was already located and we were able to safely use the rest of our house. The were very efficient and provided before and after picture of the surface area, and it looked like brand new wood after they competed the removal. They cleaned up all of their work items and left my house looking even better than they found it. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.
