The Dream Team of AdvantaClean did a fantastic job for us! They let us know what they would do and answered any questions we had. They explained what improvements we could do to keep the basement dry, like having 2 dehumidifiers going and using a garden hose to empty into the sump pump area.
They each worked steadily and helped when we added a few heavy items in the dumpster. They cleaned all the items in the workshop and gardening area. And it was grouped with similar items together.
The work was professionally done and I would certainly recommend them!

Paul and his assistant were very good. They were on time and they didn’t waste time and they explained everything that was being done in a way we could understand. They cleaned up their workspace thoroughly. And they were very pleasant. We would definitely use them again and give them a reference.

I don’t know much about mold remediation but I do know about good customer service and fair dealings and AdvantaClean is superior in both. I called the company on a Thursday with an emergency and they came out the same day to give me a quote and then had technicians at my house within a week. Seth and Paul were very respectful of my home and made sure to cover everything, to explain the entire process to me before they started and walked me through everything when they were done. They went above and beyond to make sure I didn’t have to replace anything they could and it made a world of difference. The cost was right on the estimate and the work was completed quickly. As much as I hope to never need them again - I would call AdvantaClean and request Paul and Seth every time.
