We had a patio enclosure that over the years shifted. We knew we had to replace it someday. That someday came sooner when a large tree branch fell on it, and damaged it beyond repair.
My husband and I knew nothing about the construction process. We called around 10 different contractors. Sam Fortney SCF Construction was one of the 10. Sam stood out the most. He was energetic and enthusiastic. He had our estimate and design in a few days. He was readily available when we had questions and even came to our house when we needed him to.
When it came time to start planning and designing he sat down with us and helped us through the process.
Sam and his crew were very hard workers. They arrived on time and stayed until the work was done. They were courteous and respectful to us and our property. We even got compliments from the neighbors who are hard to please.
Our addition took about 3 months due to unfortunate weather issues. After being with Sam and his crew that long they felt like family.
Our addition is now completed and we LOVE IT! We could have not asked for anything better. Our family and friends love it as well.

Sam and his team did a great job with our reno prior to moving into our house. He was transparent and accommodating to all questions from start to finish. He put a beam in to open up a living area, installed floors, converted a shower to a tub, and a couple more odds and ends. All work was quality and we love the finished product.

SCF construction Remodeled our master bathroom. They were on time each day, honest, and the finished product was excellent. I liked that Sam was easy to get a hold of and was on the job site often as well. Price was fair and will definitely call again for future projects.

We had our basement finished, this included flooring, drywall, doors, electrical, a full bath, painting, and more. Sam and his team were willing to add requested items , including adding another finished workshop area during the construction. The price was very reasonable and the work was excellent. We couldn't be more pleased with the job that Sam and his crew did on our home. They were professional, knowledgeable and very hard working. The workers that he contracted were really great and it was a pleasure to have them working on our property. You can trust them. I left the door unlock on the day I had to work and not to worry about.

They just finished my bedroom conversion. I absolutely love the final result. It’s like you watch the HGTV show.
He is busy because he is good.
So you may have to wait before he could start your project but I’m telling you it’s worth it.
I have bathroom and front deck projects waiting for him already.
