They did a great job removing my very large tree and grinding the stump. It was a tough job but they worked really hard and got it done. Everything was cleaned up nicely before they left. Very happy with the results! Highly recommend! Very professional!

Crew was very respectful, timely, and provided a beautiful finished product. They took an old, unused patch of grass and turned it into a beautiful patio. They even planted grass seed over any area of the lawn that was damaged by their equipment.

Contacted us to let us know we were on their schedule. Answered all concerns and questions we had on our walkway, garage floor and patio pad. The crew worked hard during heat wave and did great work. We are very happy and satisfied.

I decided to do a patio extension just like everyone else this year. After receiving a couple quotes I decided to go with Precision Lawnscape/Corporation. First off, Mo from Precision came out to my house the next day for an estimate while the other companies scheduled weeks out. Precision's price was the lowest for what I wanted to accomplish in my yard. Once they were able to come to my house, within 2 days the crew had excavated and almost had the entire extension ready for concrete, which was no small job. They built the firepit and seating wall within a day. The crew was professional and the work was quality. I have a fenced in yard, and every day they removed what they needed to get in to my yard, and put back at the end of every day. My wife and I could not be more happy with the job precision did at my house. I would recommend this company to anyone looking to do a patio or just needing landscaping. I needed a company to assist with some improvements to the area behind our house. We had a small patio, badly cracked in places due workers doing a room addition. There was no definition, no character, just post-construction blues. I knew I wanted less cracked concrete. and to have the concrete expanded to include the sliding door of the new dining room (meaning steps, finally).
My search for a contractor wasn't as methodical or thorough as I would normally do, and I rather took Precision at their word as to the nature of their work.
When Mo came out, and looked at our space, he started asking questions I hadn't even thought to ask myself, and between him and my wife and myself, we were able to form a very specific plan for how that back area could look. His eye for detail and his communication skills are amazing, and I could start to visualize what we were about to undertake.
I now have a new patio, having replaced almost all of the pre-existing concrete (for various reasons). I also had an area behind a different, but contiguous section of the house that had been torn up with prior contractor activity and left unusable. That area now has new retaining walls, and a Uniblock patio that my friends are now calling the MVP section of my new patio. We also expanded (at my wife's urging) the concrete from the original patio plan out to the area above the new MVP area. It's expansive and gorgeous. It has completely changed the character of that back space.
From the moment Mo came out to the day the project was finished, we had umpteen questions. Not only did he respond quickly and answer ALL of the questions, he assured me he welcomed ALL of our questions.
This was the most amazing experience, and truly makes me love our house so much more. There were 2 crews, one for the MVP area/retaining walls, and another for the "regular" patio. The guys were ALL just amazing, so courteous, friendly, and professional. They worked from around 9 in the morning until dark. Lalo was the brick foreman. I watched in awe at the precision they employed as they planned out that piece via lasers and lines. Rogelio was the concrete foreman. Multiple guys working together like a machine. We didn't choose stamped concrete, rather, they just employed the "rosette" patterns, and while multiple guys were finishing it, it looks like it was all done with the same hands. Marvelous!!
If you have a project that requires the services this company provides, this is the company you want !! Already recommending to my friends and neighbors.

Love Precision! They did an amazing job on all aspects. We worked closely with Mo who spent so much time answering every plant and tree question we had. Darlene did a beautiful landscape design and the crew who installed the landscaping worked tirelessly, were incredibly kind and helpful, and a delight to work with. The landscape lighting is gorgeous too! We are so happy with our oasis they created!

From beginning to end, the process for my old concrete removal and patio installation was absolutely amazing. The entire team was so professional and hardworking and I could not have chosen a better company to do this job. Mo, Jess and the whole team addressed every question I had, gave me the best design for the space that I had and there is nothing I would change. I would not recommend any other landscape/concrete company to anyone I know. I will definitely have them for my future jobs!!

Adam and his team did a fantastic job with our front yard landscaping. Adam even went a step further and recommended adding a couple stones as accents! The team worked hard and in a timely manner. Would recommend!

Moe and his team did an Amazing job on my patio. I had them out twice in the past few years to complete my patio, with walkway, landscape, stairs and lighting. I am so pleased with the work that was done. The Crew at Precision worked in extreme weather conditions without hesitation and cleaned everything up afterwards. Everyone was so courteous and professional throughout. Precision Corporation is Outstanding!!! I would definitely recommend to anyone that wants their project done beautifully.

These guys do a terrible job with lawns and are still very expensive. Could've cut the grass better myself! Landscapers were obnoxious and not very friendly. Never going with these people again!
