I gave these guys a deposit of almost two grand. After some issues with them that I do not want to discuss in a public way so that their privacy can be respected, I canceled. This was just about two days later. Was first told I would have a refund in a couple days. Then ignored. Then got some lame excuse. BBB Complaint - no resolution. Heard from others that got stuck too and got all sorts of excuses why they were not able to refund money owed. Beware of these guys. I will update if I get my deposit back.

UPDATE: Johnny's guy named Anthony worked very hard to get me a partial refund with the balance promised about a week ago. No contact from Johnny. Still waiting for the remainder of the deposit from A MONTH AGO!

Called Johnny to come out and snake our drain. said he'd be there that day by 1-2 PM. By 3 PM No call no show no text. I had text numerous times. No response. Wouldn't answer his phone. I finally got a hold of him around 530 PM he had some excuse said he be here within an hour. NOPE! Again no call. No text. No show. did not hear a word from him again until 2 the next afternoon said he'd come out that afternoon. Never did. Came out Monday after we threatened to post nasty reviews. Finally came to do the work. Did not do half the work he said he was going to do on the quote/contract. I.E. cutting out the cabinet, replacing the cabinet, new sink, new garbage disposal, new faucet, new countertop. Basically demanded an extra $1,000 on the first day of the job. after we gave him half the job in a cash deposit that morning and no parts or supplies had been bought yet. Left a massive pile of rubble in our driveway that was supposed to be cleaned up by end of weekend after our job was done. That was a month ago! It is still in our driveway. Never provided a receipt for our homeowners insurance claim. Did a lousy job leveling the concrete and our contractor had to redo it to lay new floor. The sink started backing up again. couldn't get a hold of any one at the company finally got a hold of Anthony. he came out cut off a part they REUSED but charged us for a brand new one. Said hed be back next day to fix it. Never came. Told me wife he "didn't need her S&8T" that evening when we finally got a hold of him. Then apologized and said he'd be here at 9 am Saturday. 855 he text and said he had stomach issues and would do his best. never showed. never called. now my wife and I are blocked from their phones and their page.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Hey guys, avoid j and j plumbing at all costs!!!! We spent almost 8k on this broken pipe. Probably should have cancelled them when they were several hours late, or when they asked for an advance on a grand early due to medical bills, but we wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt. They finished the job and left a huge pile of rubble with a promise to come get it and also provide a receipt so we can file home owner insurance claim. It's been several weeks and excuse after excuse and the rubble is still here.
Last week, the sink started backing up again. The assistant came and cut off part of the pipe and said he'd be back the next day. Nope. Then Friday night, he texts me not to get an attitude with him. I kindly called him out and reminded him that I am a customer and he agreed to come do all the removal and fix pipe and give reciept and give some kind of refund. Fast forward a day and we are blocked on their phones and Facebook page. Unreal!!!
