Plumbing reviews in North Royalton, Ohio

Great experience, came quickly and was affordable.

Jared did an excellent job. Thank you!

Excellent job. Will be using them from now on and will be recommending to others

Gentleman was on time. Worked hard and was very smart.. thanks Ross..

Hunter came and installed a new kitchen sink faucet, very professional, focused on quickly and expertly doing the job. Thanks!

Arrived earlier than expected and replaced my kitchen faucet and garbage disposal that was almost 30 years old and also took care of the leak under the kitchen sink. Both employees were professional and got the job done in 2 hours.

I used Reliable Plumbing for the first time when my plumber retired. From scheduling with the office to James coming out and repairing a wax seal and a leaky pipe, the entire experience was excellent. Reliable is my new plumber.

I work for a commercial plumber and Reliable answered the phone the first time I called while we were in a pickle Laura was extremely friendly and helpful she had someone out to meet our crew within an hour. I will use them for every client going forward very impressed with their service knowledge and friendliness thanks reliable for saving our job that day!!

Had a kitchen emergency. Brian was here within 2 hours. Great guy, Great work.

No camera inspection was done when you came out to jet the lines. Equipment was not working. Was told a supervisor would follow up with a working camera. Never happened. Called multiple times following up, was told ill get a call back, never happened. Instead of opening the gutter to get the line inside they just pushed the gutter all the way in bending it instead of just taking the 1 screw out. I am the homeowner also and not related to home purchase.
Definitely stay away from this company

Drain Pro1 was excellent. They do quality work and are reasonably priced. I use them yearly for clean out service. Great local company. 5 Stars!!

I’ve used a lot of drain services over the years, and Drain Pro 1 is the real deal. Called them for a badly clogged main line, and they showed up on time, explained exactly what was going on, and got straight to work. No upsell, no nonsense.

The water jetting service was impressive—completely cleared out years of buildup, not just a temporary fix like you get with basic snaking. You could literally hear and see the difference in flow right away.

What I appreciated most was how direct and professional they were. They didn’t try to scare me into extra work or inflate the problem. Just honest, skilled work done right the first time.

If you want your drains actually cleaned—not just patched over—these are the guys to call.

Exceptional service! Drain Pro 1 is very professional, they went above and beyond for us with a few drain issues we had at different houses. We wouldn’t think of using anyone else! Highly recommend! Professional and honest!

Retrenching and replacing footer drain, approximately 25 ft

On time and answered questions I had.
Fixed the plumbing problem.
I’m happy.

Always good to work with and do a great job.

Great company to work with- Job well done

Had Clogged main drain. Snaked/high pressure water from outside and inside. Ran a camera through to make sure all was working. Very thorough, respectful of my property outside and inside.

Everything about my interaction was great! Definitely happy with the service!

We had a toilet that was not flushing and it was a blocked pipe. Drain Pro 1 was there on the spot and confirmed the pipe was broken.

Beau was able to come in and do what others quoted 4 times higher. Was pleasant and did a wonderful job!
