Rainbow Restoration of Cleveland was fantastic in restoring my Four Seasons' sunroom to showroom quality. I had years of dirt and mold embedded in my slats and on my windows. Sam and Xavier did a fabulous job. They removed the mold, polished all the surfaces and were super careful moving and replacing the furnishings. Thank you Sam and Xavier so much. They did it all at a very reasonable price too. (much less than a rival company quoted me). I will definitely use them again with other household restorations.

I work for a local university and I rely on the services of Rainbow International. They have helped me with a number of projects and always finish with great results. After a sump pump failure, water flooded my finished basement. Rainbow Restoration arrived promptly the next day to begin mitigation. Sam and Xavier were efficient and pleasant, while Mike clearly explained the process and discussed restoration options. Woke up to a busted pipe and water rising in my basement called rainbow and they showed up within a hour couldn’t believe it, they kept me updated and and aware of the plan and time table for repair. The crew that came and serviced me were knowledgeable and made me feel at ease during this difficult time, I believe his name was Xavier and his partner Samantha were professional and actually pretty funny just want them to know they made my trying time a little easier to bear.

Very professional. They were in and out in no time. Highly recommend them to anyone! They removed water damaged floors throughout the house. They will be coming back to reinstall all new floors. Stay tuned...👍

I’m writing this review as the sister of one of 1800- water-damages recent clients, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the work they did. From start to finish, their team was professional, punctual, and incredibly thorough. They handled the water damage quickly and efficiently, keeping my brother/sister informed every step of the way.

It was clear that they truly care about their clients and take pride in their work. The affected area now looks better than it did before the damage, and the cleanup was spotless. Had my basement flood with 5-6 inches of water. Tru and Shane came out same day and got the water out and disinfected my basement. Worked long hours and got the job done. Great service.

Didn’t even realize my bathtub was leaking into my ceiling until my daughter had a particularly active bath session and the paint started melting off the walls downstairs. They came in, fixed the issue, repaired the damage and were incredibly professional. Will use again.

Update,they had me write a review before service was done.got a inflated bill in the end and literally charged me for things I personally did and they didnt touch.Had the owner telling me its illegal to make a profit from insurance while his general manager is telling me,"i figure we can make a little money and your mom can make s little money."owner also stated when I questioned the bill that he will rewrite the bill and just make his profit margin bigger.Now with telling an attorney they paid contractors before the gave us the final bill.final bill received on February 24th and their painting contractor on March 5th asking me about their pay,so obviously we're not paid as stated by the 1800waterdamage owner.i can go on,but I wont.I would definitely not choose them and if you do,document everything as they are currently telling their attorney a bunch of lies.guess that is the reason they want you to do a review before work is even started.
