Save your money. Snow removal and driveway clearing is terrible. If you’re looking for an ice rink give them a call.

I will never use this company. I had a scheduled time with them to come give us a quote and an hour past their time with no communication from them, they never showed. I called and the lady on the phone just said "oh, I am sorry". What horrible customer service.

Had a appt, at 100 pm Tuesday NO SHOW, RESCHEDULE FOR WEDNESDAY @ 300 PM. NO SHOW, the lady in office was polite. NEVER offered me another Appointment.. If you did not want my $$$$$. Then tell me ahead of time. Maybe Tim SENIOR should come out of Retirement and help Tim Junior. Run the business before he Destroys it.

Extremely unprofessional. Worker was late and insulted the people paying for his work which wasn't good. He left puddles of Paint all over the parking lot. And did not finish in time for the paint to dry before the business was open. Paint in workers cars paint in clients car. Dissatisfied with the attitude of the worker who did the job calling the people that are just showing up for work "retards" and saying "you just can't fix stupid"

Extremely disappointed in response and service. Had a scheduled appointment for an estimate, estimator no showed the appointment. After I called the next day estimator (Tom) called me back told me he went home early and forgot to call me and tell me he wasn't coming. I rescheduled, when he arrived he walked to property with me, didn't take any notes or measurements and told me I would have a quote by Friday. Friday passed and I waited for the following Wednesday to call. I spoke with Tim, the owner, assured me I would have the quote in 30 minutes. A day later still no quote. I called again to follow up, left a message again...no one has called me back.

We had put down new grass seed and it was just starting to sprout. They came through with their ride on my machines and ripped up an destroyed the new seed and left tire tracks all over. Now we have to level the ground and plant all new seed. Would not recommend

My neighbors and I have become increasingly disappointed with the level of service we have been receiving at our HOA. Lawncare quality significantly dropped off to the point where we were questioning if they even know what they are doing (who cuts grass while the ground is still extremely soft - creating massive mud ruts (eyesore) with their lawn mowers and not doing anything to fix it).

Now during the winter, while they are plowing all of our driveways (as is in the contract) they are only salting half of the driveways (it is in the contract to salt all of them). This is leaving large ice patches that are creating a safety hazard.

My neighbors and I will be advising to our HOA board that we would like to give our business to another company as we don't believe that the level of service we are getting justifies the cost of our HOA fees.

They have been cutting our yard for months this year and it still isn’t up to our standards. They did so much damage and they don’t listen to our requests.

Scheduled a live appointment for someone to come over and give us a quote for our property. They never showed. Scheduled another appointment. STILL didn't show the second time. No call to cancel or anything. Extremely unprofessional. Take your business elsewhere.

Wolfscape driver just passed us on the road with speed limit only 55 and they had to be going at leat 65 if not 70 miles an hour. Flew around us and four other cars. In streersboro on rt 14 going towards Ravenna. Overall reckless driving when you have to hit your breaks to avoid hitting a car while trying to speed past 4 others.

How nice it is for a change to be still excited about a landscaping job when everything has been billed and is done. I have a large driveway 30-ft. wide and 130-ft long, I have lived here for 30 years and my gravel drive needed regraded to remove a dip at one end, get water away from my garage and remove a hump going the long way up the center of the driveway. I got nervous before they came out thinking there was not enough detail in the contract. Ted the jobs salesman and estimator came out during the job and made clear to the workers to give me everything that we had only talked about. Those workers listened to my every concern and did a fantastic job. I added a couple of small things to the job that I was later, and as expected very reasonably billed for. The highlight of this job was that they installed a 50 foot long STONE sidewalk to separate my driveway from my lawn. We used three and a half foot long by 18 inch wide and 6 to 8 inch high very old historic Medina Red Sandstone reclaimed from a PA. Prison. If you love stone and great workmanship go see this place the red sandstone they have is a rarity and you will love it. My only complaint would be that you should tell them to deliver the stone on a pallet so that none of it breaks.

They did a great job. I highly recommend using them for landscaping and any stone work. Also irrigation.
