    I will never use this company. I had a scheduled time with them to come give us a quote and an hour past their time with no communication from them, they never showed. I called and the lady on the phone just said "oh, I am sorry". What horrible customer service.

    Had a appt, at 100 pm Tuesday NO SHOW, RESCHEDULE FOR WEDNESDAY @ 300 PM. NO SHOW, the lady in office was polite. NEVER offered me another Appointment.. If you did not want my $$$$$. Then tell me ahead of time. Maybe Tim SENIOR should come out of Retirement and help Tim Junior. Run the business before he Destroys it.

    Extremely unprofessional. Worker was late and insulted the people paying for his work which wasn't good. He left puddles of Paint all over the parking lot. And did not finish in time for the paint to dry before the business was open. Paint in workers cars paint in clients car. Dissatisfied with the attitude of the worker who did the job calling the people that are just showing up for work "retards" and saying "you just can't fix stupid"

    Extremely disappointed in response and service. Had a scheduled appointment for an estimate, estimator no showed the appointment. After I called the next day estimator (Tom) called me back told me he went home early and forgot to call me and tell me he wasn't coming. I rescheduled, when he arrived he walked to property with me, didn't take any notes or measurements and told me I would have a quote by Friday. Friday passed and I waited for the following Wednesday to call. I spoke with Tim, the owner, assured me I would have the quote in 30 minutes. A day later still no quote. I called again to follow up, left a message again...no one has called me back.
