I’ve been using Ideal for several years since finding out I’m severely allergic to bees. I live in a wooded area that they nest in ground, the trees, and structures. I used a different company for 8 years,but changed 3 years ago to Ideal Pest Control and am very happy with them. This year the worker who came out to spray for Bees was very professional and did a great job. I would recommend them for pest control anytime

I had Ideal out to clean our exterior windows as we have windows that are to high for us to clean ourselves and most companies ae not equipped to clean them They are new windows just installed less than 7 months ago. I told Ideal that because they were new there are handprints on the outside along with the marks from where the stickers were on when they installed. Due to fact they cleaned in the rain it was hard to tell if cleaned properly or not. There are still the marks from the stickers and hand prints on the exterior of the windows. Instead of cleaning by using a ladder or a lift they used extension pole to clean. Not at all pleased with the job!

We have used both the window cleaning and pest control services and have been very satisfied with both. Gary and the team are always professional, polite, and respectful of the property. Knowledgeable and honest, too!

We've been using Ideal Pest Control for several years now. With all the woods around us we had a problem with spiders when we moved in, and I am deathly afraid of them. Since using Ideal I've never seen one inside or out. We haven't had any ants or other insects either! Scott is very professional and very friendly. I strongly recommend them!

I have used iDeal Pest Control for the last 4 years. Gary is always prompt and professional. He takes the time to show you where the insect issues are in or around your house and what he's going to do to get rid of them. We've had mice issues, bee issues, tick and stink bug issues. We live by the national park so it goes with the territory, but iDeal Pest Control has done a great job of dealing with each issue. This year I've had them do my windows as well --inside and out. It was absolutely awesome!! iDeal is reasonably priced and a company I would recommend to anyone.

I've been using Ideal Pest Control for years now. I have my home sprayed for yellow jackets in the spring (or when the weather cooperates in Ohio), and it's good for the whole summer. Just recently, Gary came out to my moms (she had pavement ants in her mobile home). The bait (gel) he used was drawing them out like magnets.
