Water Damage Restoration reviews in Northwood, Ohio

I have used Service Master CDR-Toledo for years now. They are easy to work with have reasonable rates as well as an amazing staff. I request the same tech each cleaning which is Mike. He does an awesome job he takes his time to address all of my concerns. He also will educate on proper spot cleaning methods in between cleanings and suggestions on ways to preserve the life of the carpet.
I would highly recommend this company.

Ray, Donnie, and Mike did an excellent job cleaning up my walls, carpet and appliances after my apartment building had a fire. Everything was full of smoke and they made it all like it never happened.

Ray and Dustin made the process of everything so simple and smooth, i loved having them as a team while working on my house. Would reccomend 10/10

Amber and Hannah did an amazing job!! My floors were black from smoke damage and now they look good as new. They went the extra mile and did a phenomenal job in such a short time. Great ladies, I highly recommend!

ServiceMaster did an amazing job taking care of my basement after a rather unfortunate flood. The techs and project managers were great to work with and super helpful throughout the entire process. The project manager, Dustin, was super responsive and flexible with my schedule. The tech team doing the work included Sloan, Amber, Mariah, and Mike. They were all super friendly and got my basement cleaned up and ready for the next step in the restoration process. I have nothing but good things to say about ServiceMaster and their work.

The team of Ray and Alyssa were AWESOME - came out immediately on a weekend and took care of our unfortunate circumstance. They were kind and hard working, completing the job swiftly and painlessly!

Dustn Saunders was so helpful and very professional. He was very easy and nice to work with! He really went the extra mile in helping us with the various issues we were having. We are a commercial company and all of our computers and printers we're out! He is an amazing IT professional. He made changes, installing a new router, switch as well worked with our somewhat difficult service provider. He maintained professionalism and steadily worked to get us back up and running.
He had crews taking care of the water leaks in the building. Drying everything out and assuring there was no health and safety issues. His team worked professionaly as well. They were so nice to work with. When the restoration was done you couldn't even tell there was any damage! He was on top of things and always responded immediately! Dustin, Dakota, and Sloan came to my house to clean up a flood in my bathroom. They were amazing! Nice, professional and more than proficient. Dustin even came back the next day (on a Saturday) to adjust a couple of the dryers. He then followed up with me on Sunday to make sure everything was working properly and to see if I needed anything. They submit everything directly to my insurance so I didn’t have to anything. I highly recommend this team!
