The folks were on time, courteous and professional. I felt very comfortable with them in my home. Dustin did a marvelous job assessing the situation and Sloan and crew did a great job doing the work and cleaning up. Very happy with the job.

What a blessing to have the people at Service Master led by Dakota Wamer and Dustin Saunders the project Manager. We were shocked to see the water damaged caused by a broken sewer line and a sump pump which misfire. Expensive fiberglass panels damaged and their expertise is mitigating the loss was totally appreciated. Their clean up was a good new canvas to build upon in the basement. They were on time and communicated seamlessly. I am grateful for all their efforts.

Dakota and Mike and Dustin were here within three hours of my call and did a fantastic job. They were prompt, polite and also. informed us of everything that they were going to do and then completed that in a timely manner, and was very neat and cleaned up everything in the basement. Return to the home three times and every time they were here when they said they would be and did exactly what they promised the basement so far looks amazing.

After there was a fire in my garage I didn’t realize the level of work that would need to take place to clean everything up. This is where Ray from ServiceMaster came in and lead his crew on meticulously organizing my items and then cleaning my entire garage. When they got done I couldn’t believe the improvement in the smell and cleanliness of the garage after a fire. It was a breath of fresh air and a tremendous stress relief. They also worked quickly and efficiently through the process. Thank you for everything you did!

I am very pleased with the service that ServiceMaster provided. Dustin and his team kept in touch with me and did their best to save as many of my items as possible after my pipe burst and flooded ,my home. I am planning on using them to restore my home in this next step of restoration. Great job!

We had a waterline burst while we were on vacation and caused what I thought was going to be significant damage. Ray and Dustin came out and did an amazing job and were both very professional. Very happy with the work you would never know that there had been so much water down there after they finished. Hope to never need them again but if I do they would be my first call.
