Our home warranty company referred us to another company that was going to take 2 weeks to have our heater repaired. We called Josh for a second opinion and he came out the same evening, found the part and had it back up and running the very next day!

I can not say enough about this company!!! My air conditioning went out today and it is not only a Sunday , but it is also a holiday weekend!!! I did not know what to do and a friend of mine recommended Swain Services and I am so glad he did!!!!

He charges a more than fair price , does a full and complete service ! I thought for sure I would not have air for atleast a day or so, but that was not the case , he had the part he needed on hand ( the compressor went bad) fixed the problem and tuned up the air conditioner to make sure!! I attempted to DIY my furnace and A/C. I went to HVAC school and have my EPA certification. I only worked in parts and never did installs. Josh listened to me explain my issue and came by the same day (most technicians cringe when dealing with DIYers). He found the problem and had us up and running in less than 3 hours. His price was VERY reasonable. Having worked in HVAC, I would say his pricing is probably 2/3s of other places. I would recommend Josh as an experienced and professional technician. And it never hurts to support a local business.
