good until I needed service First time I try & use the fan alone it doesn't work. I call & there is an $85 fee to check it even though the first time I try to use this feature it fails. Refused any tech assist for us. So BEWARE!

Dominic and Bob were outstanding installers and were very easy to work with. I appreciated their professional attitude and good spirits. The HVAC system is outstanding.

These people are CROOKS! Spoke with John about a repair on radiant heating unit. Asked him how much it would be. He told me "about" $500. I told him to do it. When I received the bill it was for $1782, almost 4 times as much as the quote. Spoke with 3 people in the office, including John who gave me the quote and the owner of the company. They are now claiming that the quote was JUST for the parts! Never, ever, ever did they say that $500 as just for the parts, and why on earth would you not tell a customer if they were going to run up almost $1300 in labor? Owner called me a scammer and told me I had no ethics! I have used them before and never had an issue, but clearly they are into screwing customers. I offered to pay them $750, which is 50% MORE than what I was quoted and the owner says he is going to take me to court! Good luck with that. Now they are threatening me with sending the invoice to a collection agency.....STAY AWAY!!!!
