Unreliable and Dishonest
2 years ago we noticed severe water damage to ceiling sheet rock under the attic where Norwalk Heating and Air had installed an A/C unit. Our maintenance man found the PVC for A/C drainage had been spliced with a coupler and it was separated. We submitted a claim to Todd Tracht’s insurance; it was denied because “insured refused to accept responsi-
bility.”
Recently we found water damage to the ceiling sheet rock. This time there was new evidence related to improper caulking around the effluent PVC as it exited thru exterior siding.
An honest and reliable business owner should accept responsibility and costs for such poor workmanship.

Super Job! Norwalk Heating & Cooling just installed my new Lennox Furnace & A/C complete with Smart Thermostat. They went the extra mile and changed the location of my A/C unit to the other end of my house. Not an easy task. Loren, Butch, Bill, Jared Very professional Install. Nice & Neat Thank You Guys

This starts with our new (to us) home having an AC system that is very unusual. We had 2 or 3 different companies look at it, nobody knew quite what it was except one tech who said he'd only seen it used in a residential application a handful of times in his long career. Then that guy went on leave and we were stuck. Nobody else was willing to work on it or, if they did, they shouldn't have. Eventually called Norwalk Heating & Air Conditioning and they not only were willing to take on this odd duck, but the technician (Jeff) TAUGHT HIMSELF how to work on it in his spare time and has been able to get it running well. In addition, they've been our allies as we've fought with our home warranty company over and over again about covering the repairs. Simply put, this is one of the best customer service experiences I've had. Really can't recommend these folks enough. We are lucky to have them local to us. Thank you for your effort, patience and skill!

5 Stars for the Norwalk Heating & AC team. Loren took away my anxiety and made a complicated issue seem easy. I really appreciate their people from the main office to the two gentlemen in the field who installed my unit. Reliable, friendly & professional all the way.

At the time we had an emergency, and no company that we were attached to since our guy moved business elsewhere.
Called and left a message. The owner himself called us and set into motion the partnership we still have with them from several years ago. Great service, great company, dedicated technicians. The one guy, Jared, I think, has made an impression on our puppy! She loves it when ha comes. Thanks all for doing a terrific job!

Poor service. Checked my boiler system the first time for yealry check, recommended I get larger expansion tank. PSI in system goes past 30psi within 5 minutes of leaving and pops relief valve. Replaced everything myself including tank and valve. 2nd time came out to change ignitor once part came and "check" system. Wrote on bill system runs good without evening turning the heater on! Called to complain, stated that they can't come check again for over a week and wasn't their fault. Using another service going forward. Don't use them to check your system

System was not working as should. I had another company come out and my boiler was missing a pump under the boiler to pull water in. Norwalk heating and cooling has no idea what they are talking about.

Shopped around for a new furnace and looked into adding central air as I never had it. Several companies gave quotes but by far this one was the best. The closest competitor who was my old my HVAC company was almost $3K more. Other companies were even more pricey. Good crew, did the job well and cleaned up at the end. Worth calling for them for work. Glad I chose this place.

I recently tried to contact them to set up a time for a quote on a new furnace and central air unit and could not get them to meet me after normal business hours. I even offered to meet at 4:30 and was told no. That made me feel like they didn't need any more business. I was shocked at this. I was trying to keep my money with a local business but I work till 5. As an added bonus, I offered to get off early on a Friday and was told no.

Contacted the business about pricing a new furnace and air conditioning unit. The employee was very professional and answered all questions. Was able to get an estimate to us in a timely manner. Decided on the unit and it was installed the next week. The two technicians were very courteous and professional. They worked diligently on the installation and answered our questions promptly.

I highly recommend Norwalk Heating & Cooling. I had to call the emergency number. Jordan, Loren, Dom, Alex, & the office staff were phenomenal. They had the issue fixed quickly. They really go above & beyond.

Highly recommend! Very professional from the office staff to the installers Dom and Alex. Had a new propane furnace installed switching from fuel oil. They completed everything with no issues.

I am so pleased with this company. My AC unit has not been working since June. I hired a known/popular company to fix it and they were unable to fix it. I then decided to call Norwalk Heating & Air conditioning. They came in the next day and gave me a diagnosis. They were able to get a new compressor under my warranty. They installed it a week later and got everything working. The receptionist is so nice and helpful. I am so satisfied with this company. The employees are knowledgeable and professional. They answer their phones friendly. Estimate was quick & priced fair. Installers were very knowledgeable, actually taking the time to explain thoroughly what was being done, why & how it all works etc. That is something not all service folks do these days

Norwalk Heating & Air Conditioning was great during our recent A/C replacement Loren provided a quick quote and we were scheduled quickly. The installation techs, Butch and Robert were great. Very responsive and hardworking despite the temperature being over 95.

Just wow! Absolutely incredible customer service, start to finish. Called because of a furnace noise (knew there was a problem) and they came out the next day, then replaced my motor within a week and under warranty! I could not be more impressed or thankful for their service, especially at this time of year in Ohio. Thank you SO MUCH for everything. You are an absolute gem in this industry.
