Received 12 yards of brown mulch last weekend. I used their mulch last year as well. Both times I was pleased with the quality of the mulch, the timeliness and punctuality of the delivery, and the politeness of the driver. I will continue to use their service and recommend to others.

Lake Erie tree service did an excellent job cutting a tree down at my mom‘s house, very professional, and they have a lot of good equipment cause there was a garage, the neighbor’s fence and swimming pool and the way and they were able to grab the branches and bring them down and clean up everything beautifully Highly recommend them very good price

Lake Erie Tree has removed several trees and performed some trimming. They always do a great job in a timely manner and clean up afterwards. I have been extremely satisfied with their work and would recommend them.

Their team arrived in three trucks, each with a different set of specialized equipment & tools. They completed our job in 90 minutes, great work and cleanup. I would hire them again and recommend them highly!!

Extremely impressed. They were the best price, showed when they said, cut an 80ft tall maple, 4ft diameter trunk, done in 4 hrs & cleaned up mess. That includes grinding stump. Great bunch of guys. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Out of several tree companies that quotes me Lake Erie Tree Services was by far the best price. The service was timely and fast! They had an 80 foot pine tree that was just two feet from my house down and cleaned up in just an hour. Can’t recommend them more!

Such a great job was done 7 months ago. I had them come cut down some more trees that were in bad shape. They left me the wood I asked for and put it in a pile by my other camp fire wood. Very fair price for cutting trees and grinding stumps. Highly recomend Lake Erie Tree.

Bought two cords of firewood is there firewood is actually seasoned the way it's supposed to. unlike other companies were there seasoned firewood would sizzle and boil sap out the ends other places think because it's laying in a log form that it is seasoning that's BS I'm a fireplace service tech for 28 years this is the best firewood I have bought ( always used to cut my own in my younger days) professional drivers that can actually back up and are very friendly both deliveries were on time 👍

July 10th 2025 update:
Another catastrophic tree emergency took place last night and they were out first thing this morning. First time was the garage, this time is the house. I changed my original score of four stars to five stars because of their consistent high quality work and customer service. And I still highly recommend them. I will save them as a favorite reference in my phone book even though I'm out of trees but will gladly refer them to friends, and whoever reads this review 😊

My experience was mostly amazing, and I would recommend them with the caveat that you realize scheduling is a problem. They came out right away because I had an emergency, but to get them back out to finish the job was a chore. I got the impression that they prioritize based on emergency and location and not necessarily when you want it done. And yes, they show up when they show up. But when they do, they have a crew of people who know exactly what they're doing, work with peak efficiency, and the equipment to get it done right without any hiccups. It is not possible to come on to your yard with large trucks and not do some damage, but they laid down planks to minimize it as much as possible. So if you can handle the scheduling issues, this is definitely the professional resource to keep in your phone. One final note, we have had several contractors at our residence for different projects, from kitchen remodels, to plumbing issues, to a garage rebuild, and more. Lake Erie is one of two contractors that I would actually take the time to recommend. Everyone else around here has been a real disappointment.

Storm uprooted a large pine tree on our property. Their service was awesome, timely and very neat to our property. Witnessing this team in action was a true testimony of American Business! We hired then to remove three more large pines, receiving the same amazing service and great prices!

Firewood was not seasoned as stated on the sign. I asked for a refund and they basically laughed at me. Firewood buyer beware!

They could not be bothered to send a human being out to give an estimate. After 5 phone calls and 3 in office visits, said they could not do the job because of what they saw on google maps.

You cut down the tree in our front yard and told us we could have a piece of it for keepsake. We told you how very important the tree was to us and our family and you assured us you would give us a piece to keep. You lied and left us nothing.

We hired them to take down a dead tree in our yard after having them prune our trees 2 years prior. We were told that we were on the list. We waited a few months then called and once again we were told that we were on the list. We then waited another 2 months and called TWICE and left a message only to never receive a call back. We FINALLY spoke to the office (now 5 months later) and once again... you're on the list. We gave up after waiting 9 months with NO CORRESPONDENCE so we hired another company. Get this... they called TODAY to set up a day to come and take the tree down!! We told them that it's been WELL OVER A YEAR and obviously they didn't want our repeat business. We have never had such unprofessionalism displayed by a company that we had once thought so highly of. At least own up and say you forgot about us. Over a year later...wow.

When I had mulch delivered in June, the truck leaked oil on my brand new $12,000 concrete driveway. I called twice and e-mailed twice requesting someone contact me to discuss cleaning up the oil. I never received a response. I am very disappointed and don't appreciate them damaging my property then not contacting me when I notified them of the situation. This is something to consider if you have them come to your residence for any service.
