Jim and his crew at Brick By Brick excell at what they do .The quality of work was second to none. We had a fireplace chimney that needed to be taken down and completely rebuilt, along with our front steps as well .Tuck pointing the foundation was also on our list,a big work load. We were

Scheduled a straight forward chimney cleaning appointment. They booked me a month out which is standard for a chimney sweep service. Called an hour before apt, and claimed the techs car broke down so rescheduled for the next week. No follow up so I called in day of and they said the tech would call a half hour before showing up. No call, no show, no reply. Total waste of time
