Jim and his crew at Brick By Brick excell at what they do .The quality of work was second to none. We had a fireplace chimney that needed to be taken down and completely rebuilt, along with our front steps as well .Tuck pointing the foundation was also on our list,a big work load. We were Amazed at how fast they worked while paying attention to every little detail. The whole crew was very polite and attentive to all of our concerns. Again a big thank you to Brick By Brick for going above and beyond on the masonry projects on my house that we can again take pride in owning.

Scheduled a straight forward chimney cleaning appointment. They booked me a month out which is standard for a chimney sweep service. Called an hour before apt, and claimed the techs car broke down so rescheduled for the next week. No follow up so I called in day of and they said the tech would call a half hour before showing up. No call, no show, no reply. Total waste of time

This company is NOT real. We contacted them to perform a service on our chimney. They came did a small amount of work for $350, and tried to get us to agree to additional work for $650 more. We said no. They sent us an invoice following the small service that showed we owed them $650. I called them and asked them to send me a corrected invoice that showed that we were paid in full as we had not consented to those additional services and they were NOT performed. They agreed to send me a new invoice, but I never received it. As a precaution I called my credit card company and suspended my card in order to protect myself from any fraudulent charges made by these scammers. Now they are calling me repeatedly telling me I owe them $650. You can see for yourself that this page is fake as they have an AI photo of a storefront. I wish I had realized that this was a scam and I hope to protect others from falling for it.

I'm really happy with the service I receive from this company, and to Peter, who answered the phone when I called LODI Chimney Sweep & Repair in OH. He came out to inspect my fireplace, remove an old and dangerous wood burner insert, and make any necessary repairs. Also, I asked for a second quote for the mortar repair of my stone chimney. We have chosen this team for our next chimney cleaning and maintenance needs!

Top-notch service! They performed a detailed chimney inspection, fixed leaks, replaced lint, and thoroughly cleaned the chimney cap. They also removed creosote from my gas fireplace and took care of a long-standing odor problem. The team was knowledgeable, courteous, and very thorough. I couldn’t be happier with the results—definitely the best chimney service I’ve used!
