I had a positive experience from start to finish. I am not someone who is easily "wowed" by anthing or anyone, nor do I write many reviews. However, every person from Feazel was polite and professional. My roof was completed in one day because the streamlined process was efficient and the workers were knowledgeable about the process. Feazel is a quality company; I would highly recommend them!
I’m so happy I decided to go with Feazel to replace my roof and gutters after sustaining hail storm damage. I talked to a couple different companies before choosing to go with Feazel because their salesman really stood out as very knowledgeable. The installation process took awhile to get started due to Covid manufacturing delays, but once they got going it was smooth sailing! The crew was so professional and hard working, staying as long as daylight allowed. Production manager Shawn Oehlstrom was fantastic at communicating and keeping me up to date. He answered all of my questions promptly and I can’t thank him enough for seeing me through the whole process. The finished product looks amazing. I love my new roof, copper flashing, and gutters! The neighbors can’t stop commenting on how good it looks.
I had a great experience with Feazel Roofing. The sales rep, Khalid Hamdallah, provided a clear and thorough explanation of what was causing the moisture issues with our old roof and why a replacement was necessary. He was extremely helpful from the initial inspection through the installation day and was responsive any time I had questions. The installation crew did a great job and the project manager, Mike McLaughlin, checked in during and after the installation to make sure we were satisfied. Lisa Stachura was also helpful with the scheduling and followed up to make sure there was nothing else we needed. The entire team worked together to provide great service and seemed to genuinely care if we were happy.
Matt, Mike, and roofing crew are the best! Matt went to bat for us dealing with our insurance company, and his confidence helped calm our worries throughout the process. When our insurance company sent out an inspector, Matt was there to assist us with the knowledge only a experienced roofing contractor would understand. Thank you, Matt. The roofing crew was excellent, thorough, and did not rush the job. They seem to work as a team to do things right the first time, and even the clean-up was incredibly...well, impressive. Mike, inspected our roof after the crew completed their work to answer all of our questions, and addressed very slight issues immediately. There will be only one roofing company we would recommend to anyone in our part of northeastern Ohio, Feazel! Thanks again to Feazel...we have our life back.
I have a large fan in my hallway - 2.5 x 2.5 ft. I had to have the roof removed and a new one put on. In the process dust and shingle shavings fell into my attic and onto the louvers. After they left I turned the fan on and these "chips" fell on me and into the hallway. They apologized but said sometimes things like that happen. I asked if they check for vents in the house prior to doing the roof. They said no. I wonder what the rest of the attic looks like.
Feazel Roofing Parma did a tremendous job with my new roof from start to finish. Erich Moore, their Sales Manager, helped me navigate submitting my claim to the insurance company and made sure the inspection was completed quickly. He also helped with selecting materials for the roof replacement and found examples of materials and homes to see how the shingles looked. The roofing crews were excellent; they showed up early every day and never stopped working until dark. They made sure everything was cleaned up every evening before they left. Mike McLaughlin, the project manager, stayed in touch during the entire process and ensured the final issues were solved quickly. Erich also followed up daily to make sure we were satisfied with the progress. Everyone was very helpful! I would highly recommend Feazel to anyone contemplating their roof replacement.
