    Called to have service, got a quote and once I asked about prices lady by the name of Lauren started getting rude telling me to go ahead and do it myself. I asked one question and she started going off about how you dont go to the doctor and have him guess what's wrong. What kind of rep talks to customers like that. Too expensive as well look eslewhere!

    I spent an entire day off of work waiting for him to come to my house and check out the work I needed done. There was an emergency at a business that got ahead of the day that I specifically scheduled to have him look at my house. While I understand that things happen still spent 8 hours waiting when I did have other things to do. Then, I waited at least a month and finally called back to ask about my quote. I was told that they were sure something had been written up and they would call me back. I never heard back, so I called again a week later. Was told they would be in touch. Still haven't heard back. I can't even begin to rate any work because I can't even get a quote. What a waste of time. I would rate zero stars if at all possible.
